Very quiet, air-conditioned and renovated apartment 100 meters from the beach and at the entrance to Saint Florent. Saint Florent is a nice little seaside resort. You will find on the marina restaurants, ice cream parlors, creperies, sale of fresh fish not to mention its taxi boat that provide the shuttle with the most beautiful beaches on the island. This house, completely renovated in early 2022, offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Less than 100 m from the beach, the 5 ha park of the luxury residence is secure and includes a large swimming pool ( from June 15 to September 15) 2 ping pong, pétanque, volleyball, terrace with bbq. The port, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The green couée adjacent to the residence makes it possible to get to Moriani beach by bike. 2-star accommodation gite de France.

Small Beach Retreat Terrace with Sea View

Small but nice apartment 20 meters from the sea. Fine sandy beaches as far as the eye can see and not very crowded even in August. Ample private parking is available for guests. Our Refuge consists of a living room, with kitchen and sofa bed, a double bedroom, a terrace with a wonderful sea view and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning and mosquito nets ensure your comfort. Bed linen, towels, kitchen towels and essentials are included.

Great holidays in great house with pool and everything you want. Generously equipped, it lacks nothing. Plenty of space, very tastefully decorated place. The contact with the caretaker was very pleasant, friendly, helpful and nice. At a very high level, a few pans could be replaced or intermediate sizes could be added. But we were all in all completely satisfied.

We had a pleasant time at the property. The video to reach the property was extremely helpful, so we found it quickly. The apartment corresponds to the specified pictures and is basically very clean. The sea and the beach are only about 3 minutes away on foot. Supermarket is about 600 meters away. Free parking is available just a few steps away. If you like it quiet, this is the place to be. Since the accommodation is located just outside the city, there are almost no restaurants or bars. Check-in and check-out were super easy thanks to the key box. I found it extremely positive that there was a cordless vacuum cleaner, which allowed you to always keep the apartment relaxed and clean.

The major asset of this apartment is the splendid view of the bay of St Florent! It is also very well equipped. We slept well (the sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable) and the breakfast on the balcony delighted us. Anthony's welcome is thoughtful. Thanks to him!

The apartment is really very nicely furnished. Rarely found such a standard through Airbnb. The entrance is really different than expected. Right next to the pizzeria you go into a hallway that doesn't look very welcoming. But as soon as you enter the apartment, you are in a different world. There are a few shortcomings, but that doesn't end with such a rental. In front of the shower/toilet is only a sliding door (starting from the bedroom) that offers more of a privacy screen. The beach is only once across the street and the water is magnificent. Unfortunately, the pizzeria closed in front of the house exactly the day we spontaneously decided to eat there. There were four of us with two small children (4+0), which worked smoothly.

The place was very nice and spacious! We were four individuals, but there was only one large blanket for each of the two double beds. That was fine because two of us just took the bedspreads, but it may be interesting for travelers in a similar constellation :) Communication with Gabriel is going great and very fast, we can all only recommend the apartment!
