About 20 minutes by car is Lyngdal which can offer shopping/restaurants and not least Sørlandsbadet. 30 min from the ski center.

The house is sunny, central and unashamed with great views. Short distance to the city center, beaches, Furulunden ("The City's Green Pharmacy", is called the forest that you will find between the sea and the city), swimming areas in fresh water. Typical southern center (walking distance about 10 min) with small niche shops and good restaurants. Lindesnes lighthouse, Norway's southernmost point is a short drive away. The zoo and Sørlandsbadet is also just a short drive. The place is suitable for 1 or 2 families. Sun from morning to evening.

(20 min by bike and 7 min by car) The area is peaceful and private, private jetty gives the opportunity for a day by the sea for sun and swimming at your own pace. Grilling on a gas grill or pizza in a gas-fired pizza oven in the evening are some of the possibilities if you want to eat outside.
