Possibility of extra sleeping space on sofa bed in double room. (120 cm) There is a washing machine in the bathroom. Large patio with fireplace and barbecue. The garden is nice for playing. There is NO living room/family room, but a TV corner in the double room. Secure free parking in the backyard. 5 minutes walk to Mandal City Center. Convenient food shop nearby. Walking distance to many great beaches and a rich cultural life.

Residence with private beach line and large outdoor area. Good sun conditions in summer with sun from early morning to approx. 8 pm in summer. With the possibility of renting a boat in the boathouse in the garden (20 ft and 60 hp trailer) with access to a slipway, kayak and paddle board. Perfect for summer activities. At the boathouse there is a jetty with a bathing ladder. The house has two bedrooms. Double bed in one and double bed with bunk in the other. The property is located 4 km from the center of Lyngdal. 3 km from Sørlandsbadet. 8 km from Handelsparken.

The house is well suited for families with children. The house is child-friendly with toys and equipment. Playhouse and sandbox in the backyard and 50 meters from the fenced playground. Many nice beaches nearby. Two SUP boards are included in the rent, can be launched right below the house. Boat can be rented, for single days or the entire stay.

Here, you get a real cabin feel with proximity to nature and a short distance to a great swimming spot with a floating dock. Right behind the cabin, you will find a large and fascinating forest – a little adventure land for the kids. Here, they can play freely, build cabins, explore nature, pick blueberries, or relax in a hammock, for example. A perfect area for both young and old who enjoy being outdoors.

Perlå in Agder

Relax alone or with good friends or the whole family in this peaceful place in beautiful surroundings with lots of hiking opportunities. The cabin is small and charming, but very rich in content. With its three terraces in the outdoor area, you can enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset. Swimming pool in the garden and several beaches nearby. Grocery store and bakery with delicious baked goods and farm sales are located 400 meters from the cabin. It is not without reason that this place is called "Perlå i Agder". Welcome! 😊

Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Nydelige naturomgivelser med kort gå avstand til innsjø hvor en kan låne kanoer,bade eller grille i gapahuken. Hytta er plassert på kanten av et lite stup,så her får du en god høydefølelse. Welcome to us! New funky house from 2024, with large windows, lots of sun and a lovely view over the lake. Living room, dining area and kitchen in one room, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each. Towels (1 large + 1 small) and bed linen are included in the price, and the beds are made upon arrival. 2 parking spaces. There is a large terrace to the west, otherwise some of the outdoor area is still under construction.

Are you looking for a quite and charming place to spend Your holiday, you`ve just found it:-) Please notice that the cabins's position on map doesn't match the correct location of the cabin. Charming cabin with a nice view, located inland, 10 km from the centre of Lyngdal and Waterpark. The cabin is fully furnished, washing machine and dishwasher. Close to a big lake. Row-boat, kayak, fishing -gear available. Nice hiking area.
