Neues Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer (Februar 2025). Aufblasbares Bett für eine weitere Person vorhanden. Schnelles WLAN + LAN-Port vorhanden. Perfekt zum Arbeiten oder Surfen. Das Rauchen in allen Innenräumen ist untersagt. Für das Verständnis der Ruhezeiten von 22:00-06:00 Uhr danke ich im Voraus.

Welcome, dear prospective guest! A freshly renovated apartment awaits you. The picturesque house has a large garden with cozy corners for barbecuing, relaxing & unwinding. In the garden, a cozy sauna with pool can be used. Children can and are allowed to live out their natural urge to move and play. Parents, of course, too. Alternatively, relaxing walks or excursions (e.g. canoe trips on the Lahn) are possible. The university town of Gießen is around the corner!

Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of the Wetterau. The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video intercom. The central location makes it easy to reach all the shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The train station is a 3-minute walk away.

It is equipped with shutters, carpet and floor heating. 2 single beds and a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people serve as a sleeping area. A table and 4 chairs form the center for a cozy round. In the mini-kitchen there is a sink, 2 hotplates, fridge, toaster, microwave, extractor hood and much more. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and tumble dryer.

Pohlheim is 5 km south of the university town of Gießen and is about 60 km from Frankfurt. The city center and train station are very well served by car or bus (bus stop 5 minutes walk). On site there are numerous shopping possibilities, an indoor swimming pool and various restaurants.

The apartment is quietly located in Linden/on loan. It is located on the ground floor and parking is around the corner. There are shopping opportunities nearby. They can see the playground from the balcony. The beds can be put together as a double bed on request. Linen, towels and dish towels are provided. The sofa bed can be pulled out for the third person.
