We built the houses with love, an emphasis on minimalist modern design, with harmony to nature. Settled above a beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the coziness and tranquility with stunning views of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (paid separately).

Modern apartment in Bavorská Ruda

Accommodation in a newly renovated apartment in Bavorská Ruda. Beautiful surroundings near the ski resort Velký Javor (Großer Arber), about 10 minutes by car. In the area, it is also possible to go hiking and cycling, or cross-country skiing. The apartment is ideal for couples or families with children. Sleeping is provided on a 160cm folding bed, an 80cm upper bunk, and possibly a folding extra bed for a fourth person. Nearby are grocery stores, or several restaurants and cafes. Free parking in front of the house.

We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Smart design accommodation. A self-service shop with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, homemade jams, and products from local artisans. We don't just offer white walls, a bed, and a television to get through the night. We provide accommodation that respects your maximum privacy, where you'll feel at home. Součástí yurty je wellness, které se doplácí na místě ( 20€/den) Nebojte po rezervaci se vám včas ozveme a veškeré doplňkové služby si potvrdíme. Užijte si nádherný výhled na rybník přímo z yurty. Kolem Vás bude pobíhat stádo oveček. Objekt je oplocen. Kdyby Vám cokoli chybělo, lze využít služby zavedeného penzionu, který je od yurty “pár” kroků, ale i přesto se budete cítit jako na samotě.

Spacious new apartment in the middle of a quiet mountain area. Small ski area directly in the area, larger ski areas (Špičák, Großer Arber) nearby. The train to Špičák and Železná Ruda is only a few minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is equipped with a double bed (180 cm) in the sleeping area and a second double bed on a sofa bed (140 cm) in the main living area. In the hallway there is a space large enough for all sports equipment.
