The price is for 2 people. For each additional person, 10€/day is paid. Maximum number of guests 4. The yurt includes a wellness center, which is paid on the spot (20€/day). Don't worry, we will contact you in time after booking and confirm all additional services. Enjoy a beautiful view of the pond right from the yurt. There will be a flock of sheep running around you. The building is fenced. If you are missing anything, you can use the services of the established guest house, which is a "few" steps from the yurt, but you will still feel like you are alone.

Sustainability: electricity from our own hydroelectric power plant, drinking water from our own source, wood chip heating with wood from our own forest.

The Lookout House with a panoramic window and spacious terrace resembles a ship hovering over the landscape. The smell of wood, a sofa, and a wood stove with a comfortable kitchen make up a fine-tuned whole. It comfortably accommodates 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. We built the houses with love, emphasizing minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Sitting above a beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the comfort and tranquility with a wonderful view of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (separate charge).

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in the heart of the Bavarian Forest National Park. Ideal for hikes, bike rides and skiing. Many excursion destinations are within easy reach, e.g. the Great Arber, Lake Arber, Falkenstein, Rachel, Lusen, Trinkwassertalsperre, treetop trail with tree house Close to the Czech Republic... Family-friendly vacation home in the most beautiful hiking area! Our small, secluded farm is located in the most beautiful valley of the Bavarian Forest, hidden on the mountainside in the forest and accessible only via a forest path. Our visitors enjoy the tranquility and naturalness of the place and the coziness of their vacation home. In front of the log cabin is a sheltered sitting area with a campfire area. There is a small mountain pond a few meters away. Swimming is allowed, but the water is ice cold.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Shepherd's wagon overlooking a sheep pasture

Enjoy the peace and quiet at our idyllically situated farm in the Rottal region of Lower Bavaria. You will sleep in a shepherd's wagon, located on a meadow at the edge of our garden, nearby a pavilion. It is equipped with a fold-out sofa bed, a table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a hot plate, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and tableware. A full guest bathroom in the main farmhouse is available for your use.

We love to welcome you in our former spacious forester's house. We are a Dutch family with 3 children who bought the house in 2006 as a family vacation home. With a lot of love and attention we think we have created a unique spot in the quiet forests of the Czech Republic. If you love nature you will feel completely at home. Walking, cycling, mountain biking, you are in the middle of it! In the summer you can enjoy the silence on the veranda and in the winter the cosines by the fireplace.
