The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

The apartment 'Botanikblick' is ideal if you want to be in the center of Gera, in less than 10 minutes you are at the market square and the tram. It was exactly as described and we felt very comfortable. For three adults, I would personally find it a little tight. All in all, definitely recommended. Thank you!
