Ashley was such a sweet and responsive host! The house was absolutely adorable and just perfect for those needing bedding for a group of friends together! We enjoyed our stay and if we ever find ourselves back in this area will seek out this place again!

Check-in was flexible and easy. Rachel's instructions with a video were great and made recognizing the house easy and parking a breeze. The unit matched the description and was quite comfortable. The unit was great value and exactly what I was looking for in a play to stay during my road trip.

Our family was in the area to ride Hatfield McCoy’s Ivy Branch Trail System and this house was perfect for our family of 8, but could sleep 12! Lots of room for parking several trucks with trailers. Bub was very fast to answer when we had a question. We would stay again if in the area!

What a beautiful property and lots of land, very comfortable beds and all the amenities and some extras! The fire pit was such a great gathering experience. And the Christmas decorations made it feel like you were at home! Will definitely be back
