Very sweet gentleman. Had all the amenities we needed, it was very clean, he supplied kitchenware and went above and beyond what was necessary.

it was truly a great place minutes from everything and only short drive to other locations I was visiting.

The rental looks exactly like the pics. The bed is super comfortable. The in-unit washer/dryer is very convenient, the shower has great water pressure, and the place was very quiet. It was everything needed for a comfortable one-month stay and the host was friendly and easy to work with.

The place was easy to find with lots of parking for trailers and toys. It had easy access to the Ivy Branch trails and it's located about 30 minutes from the new Tornado trailhead. We had a great time staying there and would come back again.

This is such a cozy apartment, traffic noise almost non-existent, except for the occasional train. Well appointed and well supplied. Will gladly stay again.

What a beautiful property and lots of land, very comfortable beds and all the amenities and some extras! The fire pit was such a great gathering experience. And the Christmas decorations made it feel like you were at home! Will definitely be back

Very clean. Very spacious for the amount of bedrooms. Very quiet neighborhood. Parked two trucks with trailers on the side road side of the house. Two vehicles, two side by sides, and a 4 wheeler in the driveway. We enjoyed our stay and had no problem riding up 119 to Ivy Branch and Little Coal River Outlaws. The place was perfectly comfortable and acceptable. Zero complaints.

Worth it for the money. Not the cleanest or most extravagant place but it was a great place to lay your head and in a good neighborhood.

Home had four beds. Plenty of towels and wash cloths . Plenty of sitting area in living room. Big enough kitchen and the 2 1/2 baths. Only had trouble with hot water in the main bathroom. We just all used the other restroom for showers. Only had one blanket on each bed. Little chilly. So pack extra blankets.

Felt like what the listing was titled. Very like a grand mother would have kept her home. Friendly neighborhood that was quiet and peaceful. Close to our Poppa and with local grocery and other stores. Look forward to visiting again.

Tammy's Place was Great We really enjoyed it , Just as they said ,we had a Great time in it ,, she responded very quickly , we would absolutely stay there again , Clean , Neat , has everything you need and great location
