Η οικία είναι ισόγεια,έχει δύο υπνοδωμάτια, ένα μπάνιο, μεγάλη πλήρη κουζίνα,μεγάλη αυλή,πέργκολες όπου μπορείτε να θαυμάσετε τη φύση όλες τις ώρες της ημέρας και να παίξουν παιδιά.Απλό λιτό εσωτερικά. Η αγροικία είναι κτισμένη στην πλαγιά ενός βουνού με θέα την παραλία της Καλαμίτσας, μέσα σε ένα κτήμα 70 στρεμμάτων. Αποτελείται απο ισόγειο και έναν όροφο. Και τα δύο επίπεδα έχουν υπνοδωμάτια, μπάνια, κουζίνα και καθιστικό. Η πρόσβαση στον όροφο είναι από μία εξωτερική σκάλα έτσι ώστε τα δύο επίπεδα να είναι εντελώς ανεξάρτητα και αυτόνομα. Είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένη και εξόπλισμένη με όλα τα απαραίτητα μέσα για μιά άνετη και σύγχρονη διαβίωση. Η θέα από όλα τα ανοίγματα είναι μοναδική!

Welcome to my summer backyard cottage! The house is right at the end of the road to Pefkos beach, and is only a breath away from its crystal clear waters. The backyard porch is a unique place to relax and enjoy at all times of the day, while the house has two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a living room with a sofa, a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen that guarantees your comfort during the your stay there.
