Monthly Rentals in Linares Province

Nicolas was a super attentive and patient host with my requirements, the apartment is just as in the photos, comfortable, clean, cozy place. 100% recommended, it has some food establishments nearby, a few blocks from a shopping mall.

Very nice apartment, everything new and modern, I would just like the pillows to be higher, the rest is excellent, I recommend it.

Claudio is a good host, who responds quickly to messages. Listing meets expectations. Very well located, close to downtown and with a couple of stores nearby. The people at the building's reception are polite and pleasant. It is organized and has everything you need for a good stay. It even has parking, although I didn't use it. It just doesn't have towels, but that's what the description says. For me, the best thing is that it has a coffee maker (drip system), because it is essential, especially in the morning. I brought a paper filter. In addition, it has good WiFi and hot water in the shower with good pressure. One thing is that the sheets on one of the single beds are smaller than the mattress... the other two are the right size. If I return to Linares, I'll definitely go back to this place.
