Charming apartment with a balcony

My stay was excellent. The accommodation is very comfortable and comfortable, with everything for a pleasant stay. The location is very convenient, with locomotion at the door and shops nearby. Also, the reception guard in the morning is very gentle, which makes the stay feel familiar. On Saturday there was some noise from the nearby brewery, but nothing annoying, just closing the window resolves. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

A very good place, the kitchen was well-equipped, the bed was good and we had a good connection. Diego was very kind, responded quickly and helped us. The pool was very good too (bigger than what you see in the photos)

This is my 3rd time staying with Endrina in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. Top security, super safe area and high end amenities. Location is like the Manhattan of Bolivia. I will only stay in Endrina's properties.

The apartment was nice and lively, there is nothing to complain about. Martin as a host was super sweet and accommodating. He was always reachable and recommended us to drive an app to the bus without which we could not have driven. Even when we wanted to stay a little longer due to the heat, he was super accommodating about the check-out. All in all just a great experience. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our 1 night stay at Freddy’s it was the perfect stop over from Samaipata en route to La Paz. We loved the rooftop pool and the easy and quick washing machine/dryer was so useful. It was super quiet, close to a supermarket and had a balcony too! Everything you could ask for. Freddy also let us have late check out as we had a night bus, which was so kind. Thank you Freddy!

This is by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! I appreciate the thoughtful guest book—it was full of helpful information, including local restaurant recommendations, tourist attractions, and even detailed instructions on how to manage everything in the Airbnb. It made my stay incredibly smooth. A special thank you to Laura’s father, Mr. Jose Luis. He was always quick to respond to my requests and made my stay in Santa Cruz so pleasant and welcoming. I also really appreciated the help coordinating my ride to the airport. Mr. Hugo, the driver, so professional and kind. 100% worth it! The location is perfect, safe area, and truly one of the best areas in Santa Cruz! Highly recommend this Airbnb. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

If you’re looking for a quiet place close to Santa Cruz, this is it! The grounds are so tranquil, we took evening walks to see the monkeys, parrots and even a sloth! The community pool is amazing and it has a waterfall. There is a restaurant that will deliver to the house. The house was perfect, great a/c, the bathtub was perfect for the kids and we even had our own private hot tub. Best choice!

Excellent place! The apartment looked small but it was very cozy, it had everything you need, very clean, the beds were very comfortable as well as the sofa bed. The ideal barbecue space. Without asking, Jorge offered to change the date if we wanted due to the rains, but we decided to stay, and the next day we were supposed to leave, he offered us to stay longer. The "sea" was very nice too and all the spaces they had, very quiet, we will definitely come back! 10/10
