Vacation rentals with beach access in Limón Province

This property was everything and some. It was so clean, by far one of the cleanest Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at! The grounds were well kept also. Having breakfast available was an added bonus since it is about a 10 minute drive in to town. The food was delicious! Lastly Zahra, the host, was so friendly/kind and attentive. She listed several recommendations of activities in the area. Overall, loved my stay in Puerto Viejo.

Paz is a breathe of fresh air. What a beautiful experience from beginning to end, just wish we could have stayed longer. 🙏🏻 Namaste

Muchos puntos a favor por destacar, muchas comodidades a buen precio. La única recomendación es que había humedad en el baño y a veces olía un poco mal, y que el microondas no funciona. Por lo demás todo perfecto, muchas gracias.

La anfitriona muy amable y comunicativa. El lugar precioso, una vista estupenda del mar, muy ordenado, limpio, muy tranquilo, la naturaleza hermosa.

Todo muy bien. Linda casa con una linda terraza para comer o descansar. La ubicación es muy buena, porque está al lado de una playa muy bonita. Recomendable lugar para quedarse.

Absolutely amazing! We stayed here for three nights, starting off our honeymoon in Costa Rica. The privacy of the place was amazing. The private access to the beach was incredible and unparalleled. The apartment was lovely and had all amenities we could think of. The gate around the property made us feel super safe. In the mornings, we could have breakfast outside and were greeted by many lovely birds, the blue butterfly and once even a rare frog! Highly recommend staying here, it was one of the best airbnb experiences we ever had.

Sirlen has been one of the BEST Airbnb hosts I've ever had. Went above and beyond in so many ways to make the stay perfect! You can tell she poured so much love into making it so beautiful. Highly recommend staying here! It's a magical place.

We had such an amazing time at Sarah’s place! Very serene and less than 3 minute walk to the beach. There is so much to do in this area and rides to town are easy to coordinate with Banana Azul hotel just down the street (or you can rent bikes or drive). The Banana Azul hotel also has a great restaurant right on the beach. The bedroom villa has a wall air conditioner and fan above the bed, so it was very cool at night. It was so amazing to wake up to the monkeys and toucans every morning. Sarah also helped to arrange massages and an incredible meal by Chef David. I can’t say enough good things about our stay we’ll definitely be back.

Allan's home was a perfect place for us to stay while in Tortuguero. He was a very responsive host and the location was great. Nothing is far in Tortuguero. Clean and comfortable with a fully shaded patio which was SO welcomed during the heat of the day. Would book again for any future trip.

Natacha was great and amazing with us !! She communicated well with us and helped us arrange anything we wanted to do or looking for. If we needed information about anything she was always accommodating us. She did not come back with just one recommendation but several. Always checking in on how we were doing, and if everything was OK, or if we needed anything. La Casa Del Mango was very clean and well organized. The amenities, awesome, well stocked with everything you would need. This whole place is amazing. Oh !! did I mention the pool, amazing. Oh !! did I mention Martin (Natacha husband) super nice, also amazing, Oh !! did I mention the wildlife, amazing. I can keep on going, and going, about La Casa Del Mango in a positive direction but I will end this review with saying that La casa definitely deserves 5 stars out of 5. Nope !!!! no negatives from our family vacation, would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely five stars! Jason’s Airbnb in Puerto Viejo exceeded all expectations. The place was incredibly well-maintained and buttoned up, offering a peaceful, secluded escape that still felt completely safe and comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and effortless, which made the whole experience stress-free. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into creating this space. I would 100% stay here again and have already recommended it to several friends. A perfect getaway!

We had an incredible, memorable stay at Maythemi, Kalani, and Kalil's home. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, nicely decorated with a charming island vibe, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved starting our mornings with coffee on the veranda overlooking the beautifully landscaped front yard. The beachside location was perfect with close proximity to Puerto Viejo and the magnificent area beaches, restaurants, and attractions. Our hosts were exceptional, they were delightful, always responsive to our needs and questions, and full of great recommendations for making the most of our vacation. This stay was amazing and we can't wait wait to get back to Maythemi, Kalani, and Kalili's slice of paradise in the future.

We had a wonderful stay in Punta Uva. The grounds around the home are lovely with jungle plants and little creatures. We loved mornings on the beach and coffee from the local coffee shop around the corner. So good! Unfortunately the waves were rough the whole time we were there so we didn't get to try any snorkeling. The road can also get busy with people but there was always enough beach space to play in the waves. The open air part of the home (kitchen etc) is very rustic but charming. We enjoyed the outdoor shower. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nicely done and the ac was appreciated. We had a little trouble communicating with the caretakers on site though they were responsive once we got ahold of them. I recommend that you get a what's app conversation going when you check in so that the communication is easier. There are many restaurants in Cocles just up the road that are delicious and Puerto Viejo is a cute town to shop in and check out the black sand beach.

We loved our stay at Casa Blanca. The host was very responsive and helpful. The restaurant recommendations were wonderful. The house is exactly as pictured - the backyard area is possibly even more beautiful than the photos. The location is fabulous - directly on Playa Negra. A very peaceful location for a Costa Rican beach stay! I would return here.

¡Cumple lo que promete! Es un apartamento muy amplio, comodo para 4 o 5 personas (nosotros eramos 2 y teníamos espacio de sobra). La cocina muy bien equipada, con todo lo necesario para cocinar y mantener tus alimentos. El baño muy amplio y limpio.Tener una piscina privada le suma muchos puntos también. Solo agregar que el dia que vinieron a hacer la limpieza de la piscina también nos limpiaron la cocina, la habitación y cambiaron las toallas. Eso se agradece un monton. En cuanto a la ubicación, está muy cerca del parque nacional ( se puede llegar a pie) y de algunos bares y restaurantes. En general muy grata la experiencia :)

Lovely place. The landscaping is extraordinary and it was so beautiful we spent several days just staying at the house. The hotel next-door was a bonus as it had a bar restaurant where we could order drinks and food and have them delivered to the beach. the beach was empty, but you could walk a mile and either direction to go to a busier beach with beach bars and restaurants. Had a bit of an issue with the pool at one point, but Utopía Caribe, the property manager, was very attentive and remedied the problem to our satisfaction. If you're going to the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica, rent this house.

Tout était parfait et la communication avec Marlène était facile. Logement propre, très bien situé, magnifique piscine, nous avons même resté une nuit de plus que prévue. Le déjeuner au restaurant Mestizo, juste à côté, était savoureux. Je recommande fortement. Merci pour tout! 😊☀️

This place was absolutely amazing. It exceeded all of our expectations. It was very clean and the location was super close to restaurants, the beach, the little town, and waterfalls. Each morning, we grabbed coffee and sat out on the porch, listening to the howler monkeys and watching all the birds. I couldn't wait to get up every morning to do that!! It is in a complex, but the neighbors were super friendly, the pool was always available and absolutely beautiful to look at, walk out to and take a dip to cool off. It was a wonderful place to return to after a day out for complete relaxation.

We absolutely loved staying at Jan's place. Both Jan and Yoshi went above and beyond in answering any questions we had prior to arriving, including providing us a connection to book tours ahead of time. They were also flexible and kind when our plans changed a couple weeks before the trip, and we very much appreciated that. When there, they sent us lots of recommendations for beaches/restaurants, along with answering any questions we had promptly. The house was clean and the gardens were just stunning. With the private gate and location we felt safe staying there, and the possibility to lock valuables up in a safe was a great extra option. We loved being able to just walk a few steps to the beautiful beach even just to have our morning coffee by the water :) All in all, we would definitely recommend staying at Jan/Yoshi's place. The beautiful location combined with the responsive, helpful hosts made our trip so enjoyable. If ever in the location we would love to stay again!

This airbnb is exactly as the pictures. It is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. Things to note is that only the lower bedrooms have AC. The upstairs living room was very nice! The house is private, but a lot further out from town so you’ll need transportation to and from as there are not many restaurants nearby. The host, Jorge was always very responsive and helpful. Overall we had such a great stay and can’t wait to be back.
