Quiet and peaceful place, very well furnished. Very available and attentive host, very clean and very well decorated accommodation. Excellent bedding, the only concern we encountered was the inability to close the shutters on our departure, otherwise, impeccable, thank you again

short stay ( 3 nights) in a cottage corresponding to our expectations 12 people. easy access to the city center on foot (20mn) or by car. the bad weather prevented us from enjoying the amenities , which seemed suitable for an outdoor stay ( plancha, pool barbecue). The spacious dining room was appreciated. if the opportunity arises, we will gladly come back.

One week stay during the Toussaint 2024 holidays with 2 adults + 3 children. Old house with 4 bedrooms + 1 bathroom and toilet upstairs (+billiards and foosball!), and on the living room ground floor +kitchen+1 other bathroom/wc. For 5 very comfortable with lots of space and just what you need in terms of furnishings. The house was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and functional. Didn't get a chance at this time to go into the garden or use the pool. Possibility to park the car (minivan 7pl) in the small courtyard in front of the house. Possibility to walk to town from the house + with the car quite a few sites to visit within 45 minutes. José is very proactive in making sure everything goes smoothly.

There were 7 of us occupying the accommodation (4 adults and 3 children), the accommodation is impeccable and very well-equipped, we did not lack anything. As in the photos. The place is peaceful, the garden is beautiful with plenty of space, it is also enclosed, our dog was also able to enjoy it. Trampoline, swing, games available. Lots of tours possible with an average of 30 minutes by car (castles, Rocamadour, Padirac Cave...). There is no real city center on Lanzac but the city of Souillac (less than 10 min. drive) has all the necessary shops. We'll be back with pleasure if we have a chance.

Great house and great host! Family stay, house with all comforts, peaceful garden and pool, all without any overlook! Very quiet, It feels like the middle of nowhere and yet bcp of visits to do in the region, recommended by the host and never disappointed! We just spent a week of pure relaxation. Extremely pleasant cottage where we are alone in the world with everything to spend a beautiful holiday, swimming pool, jacuzzi, walk in the private park, etc... Florence is a lovely host, attentive and always available. It felt like home there… and we already want to come back!

very well equipped accommodation, large swimming pool, surrounded by nature in a charming village. very well located (15 minutes from Sarlat), 10 minutes from the beaches for swimming in the Dordogne. Very welcoming host.

We had a pleasant stay at La Gazouillerie in a quiet and relaxing green setting. Laurence is both discreet and very available, both from a logistical point of view but also to introduce us to local products. The cottage is very comfortably furnished, all the comforts are there and it opens onto a beautiful garden. The pool, below, is very nice and is surrounded by greenery. The place is really conducive to rest and for the more active, Laurence has thought of everything: Pétanque, badminton, ping-pong, foosball, etc. We really enjoyed our 15-day stay. We recommend Laurence's cottage 100%
