Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Limenaria

Wir waren mit vier Kindern (8,11,13,14) dort und das Haus war einfach perfekt für uns. Viel Platz und große Zimmer, die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, da wir gerne jeden Tag kochen. Der Strand ist 5 Minuten entfernt und das Stadtzentrum ist etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Sehr nette, freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberinnen. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Netflix war das Highlight für die Kids. :)

Απο την πρωτη στιγμη καταλαβαμε ποσο φιλικοι και ευγενικοι ηταν οι οικοδεσποτες. Μας υποδεχτηκαν με χαμογελο και μας εδωσαν πληροφοριες για την περιοχη. Το σπιτι ηταν πεντακαθαρο και με ολες τις βασικες παροχες για ενα ζευγαρι.

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία! Η Νόπη είναι εξαιρετική οικοδέσποινα, μας βοήθησε σε όλα και ήταν πρόθυμη σε ό, τι ζητήσαμε! Πολύ όμορφο και περιποιημένο διαμέρισμα, άνετο, με καλαίσθητη διακόσμηση...Όμορφή αυλή με ησυχία και ωραία θέα που συνδυάζει θάλασσα και πράσινο! Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!

Прекарахме страхотна почивка. Загубихме представа за времето. Къщата е със страхотно местоположение. Отваряш врата, правиш три крачки и си на плажа. Не е лукс, но има всичко необходимо. Впечатлихме се колко добре се спи в къщата. Може да не усетищ, че е станало обяд. Symeon отговаря незабавно и се старае да помогне по всякакъв начин. Нашите тийнейджъри останаха много доволни и догодина планират пак да сме тук. В близост има много заведения, но без да е шумно.

Everything was beyond expectations. The place is very cozy and the couple who gave us the access is very pleasant. I can remember that one morning someone talked louder outside and Christina’s mom just Drew His attention of voice control a second after. ♥️

Eirini and her husband was very polite and very greatful. Her husband was waiting us and explained everything about apartment and market, restoran. Apartment is very clean and nice with beautiful seaview balcony, in center, near beach, market, bakery and restorans. Everything was perfect so I will recommended Eirini's apartment and it's beautiful place to spend your holidays.

Το σπίτι ήταν πάρα πολύ καθαρό,όμορφα διακοσμημένο και με όλες τις παροχές και τις ανέσεις που είχαν περιγραφεί στην πλατφόρμα. Είχαμε μια πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή, πολύ φιλόξενος ο οικοδεσπότης, μάλιστα είχε στολίσει το σπίτι με χριστουγεννιάτικη διακόσμηση και νιώσαμε πιο όμορφα τη γιορτή των Χριστουγέννων.Η γειτονιά ήταν πολύ ήσυχη, με εύκολη πρόσβαση και εύκολο παρκάρισμα . Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

Maria was amazing host. She is really kind and always ready to help. The studio was cozy and had everything we needed.

The house was very nice. The backyard was very sweet and comfortable. The host communicated well and helped us. Everywhere was very clean and tidy. There were thoughtful details in the house. We were very pleased.

Το δωματιο οπως ακριβως φαινεται στις εικονες, πεντακαθαρο, περιποιημένο, γεματο αγαπη σε τελεια τοποθεσία 8-10 λεπτα απο το κεντρο, σε μια πολυ ησυχη γειτονια.. Η θεα εκπληκτικη. Αν και χειμώνας, ειχαμε ζεστο νερο και ζέστη συνεχεια. Η οικοδεσποινα άκρως βοηθητικη, επικοινωνιακή και ευγενικη ηταν διπλα μας συνεχεια σε περιπτωση που κατι την χρειαστούμε, αλλα εμεις δεν χρειαστηκαμε τιποτα μιας και ολα ηταν τελεια.

The accomodation is just 2 minutes away by foot from Chrysi Ammouda, one of the best beaches in Thasos & there are also restaurants and mini-markets next to it. The apartment is well equipped and has a nice spacious balcony. Stavroula is a kind & responsive host, we had great communication during check-in and the apartment was very clean. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay again there next time we visit Thasos!

Am petrecut 10 zile liniștite in casa oferită de Zoi. Eu și familia mea ne-am simțit excelent în această locație care are o poziție excelentă în sudul insulei Thassos de unde poți să ajungi cu ușurință în toate zonele insulei. Recomand cu plăcere această locație. Comunicarea cu Zoi a fost impecabilă, iar când au apărut mici probleme, a intervenit prompt și în cel mai scurt timp a remediat ceea ce am sesizat noi. Am fost pe această minunată insulă de peste 8 ori, dar cu siguranță data viitoare când ne decidem să revenim în Thassos, tot la Zoi ne cazăm. Ca să înțelegeți cum a fost experiența noastră la Zoi, o să vă spun doar atât… ne-am simțit ca acasă…. și asta trebuie să vă determine să alegeți să locuiți la Zoi pentru a vă bucura de o vacanță fericită și liniștită! Das Haus von Marios ist schön gelegen mit 2 Terrassen, wovon eine in einen kleinen Olivenhain zeigt. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und Marios immer erreichbar. Auch sein Papa war total nett. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die sehr gut funktioniert. Toller BBQ auf einer der Terrasen. Im Ort gibt es alles was man braucht (Bäcker, Supermarkt, Fischgeschäft, Metzger und Tavernen. Den Hafen und Strand erreicht man nach ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Rundum haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger als 3 Nächte geblieben (war leider ausgebucht für eine Verlängerung). Danke Marios!

Katerina is a perfect host and an absolutely lovely person. She was warm and sweet, always responsive and also knowing how to respect her guests’ privacy and make them feel at home. We would love to visit her again, as soon as we can. ❤️

Great place. The house is beautiful and cozy. Vasiliki was very friendly and helpful. Provided a bed for our baby, which he loved. Also, recommended a nice beach nearby.

Къщата е изключително чиста и уютна. Оборудвана кухня с всичко необходимо, ако решите да приготвяте храната си там. Намира се в непосредствена близост от Кавала. Домакините са гостоприемни, мили, отзивчиви и дискретни.

Страхотно място страхотна гледка към залива на Кавала. Много добри и отзивчиви хора са хазяйте. Силно препоръчвам.

Πολύ καθαρό σπίτι, άνετο και πλήρως λειτουργικό. Το μόνο που με ζόρισε ήταν τα πολλά σκαλιά αλλά αυτό το γνώριζα εκ των προτέρων.

La casa de Konstantina és fantàstica! Tot està impecable, net i és molt bonica. Està cuidat fins l'últim detall. També està molt ben ubicada a prop del casc antic i de varis comerços. Finalment volem destacar l'amabilitat de l'amfitriona i els seus fills que l'acompanyen per poder parlar en anglès. Sens dubte, Konstantina és una superhost!

Το σπιτι υπεροχο με την ωραιοτερη θεα στην Καβαλα!!! πληρως εξοπλισμενο με ασανσερ και παρκινγκ! οσο για την οικοσεσποινα, ευγενεστατη, εξυπηρετικοτατη και αμεσα ανταποκρινομενη!!! θα το επισκεπτομασταν ξανα σιγουρα και το συστηνουμε ανεπιφυλακτα!!

Gogo is such a nice host to our family, and anticipated our needs such as having a cold welcome drink, preheating the boiler, offering to change sheets, helping us when we needed assistance. Her place is located in front of a very nice beach, and is so suitable for families with little children like us. It’s not directly located in the centre, so it is quite peaceful at night, but is only walking distance from the supoermarkets, restaurants, and shops. We will definitely return to Gogo’s place should we get an opportunity to return to Nea Peramos. Thanks Gogo for the very pleasant stay. It was the perfect vacation for us!

Kostas harika biri , çok cana yakın ve en ufak sorunumuzda ilgilendi, gümrükte geç kaldığımızdan dolayı feribota yetişemedik ve geç gittik ama kendisi misafirperverliğini gösterip tatilimizi ücretsiz bir şekilde 1 gün uzattı , kendisine tekrardan teşekkürler . Ev içinse ; manzarası müthiş , canlı bir tablo gibi. Ev modern değil fakat yerli halkın yaşadığı evler gibi o yüzden farklı bir deneyim oluyor. Otopark sıkıntısı olan bu bölgede park sıkıntısı yaşamadan gidip gelebilirsiniz. Evin hemen arkasında sahil mevcut. Güzel restoranlara 1 dakika içinde ulaşabilirsiniz. Kostas bence en yakın zamanda bu bölgeye büyük bir market açtırırsa (ki bence misafirleri için bunu da yapacaktır) çok iyi olacak , herşeyin için teşekkürler !

The location of the newly built house is just 20m down the steep but paved road that separates from the main motorway. There is a gate to the small parking lot which can fit two cars safely and comfortably. Each unit has its own access keeping the intimacy of the splendid view towards the olive garden. The apartment is very spacious with large sliding glass doors connecting the ground level garden with the interior. The bathroom is comfortable to use and the kitchen is the best equipped we’d seen in Greece so far. The orientation of the house is towards the west therefore the patio is sunny up until the very sunset. There is also a path that leads to the shore where you can find two sunbeds however the beach itself is very rocky so its recommended to use water shoes. The only little downside to this otherwise beautiful modern complex is that the outdoor sofa is thinly padded therefore uncomfortable for longer periods of use, but this does not take away from our experience
