The cozy house, newly built in 2021, is located in the middle of a beautiful olive grove. Central location but still ideal for peace seekers and nature lovers. Large terrace with private swimming pool and magnificent mountain views. Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The kilometer-long, fine sandy beach (Golden Beach) is within walking distance. Hospitable taverns, bakery and supermarket in the immediate vicinity. We are happy to give insider tips on excursions, restaurants, etc.

Since 2017, we've hosted more than 110 groups of guests, providing excellent accommodation in a relaxed, beautiful, quiet and friendly environment. It's a traditional island villa built by our family with love, respecting the island's identity, nature and architecture. The villa is spacious and ideal for 6 guests. Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μου: Δίπλα σε δάσος,είναι αυτόνομα δωμάτια σε στυλ vintage με τουαλέτα, κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και free wifi... A very cosy house(45sqm) a few minutes away from the beach that is ideal for couples or small families. There is a big, lovely garden and a barbecue as well as all the amenities that you'll need in the house. It is also located in a quiet neighbourhood away from the main street, with free parking in front of the house. Kavala town is 8km away and there's a mini market nearby as well as a few tavernas.
