Great stay at picturesque cottage in beautiful and peaceful at hills looking over Epen. Great view on surrounding meadows. Well equipped kitchen. Great beds. Great location for walks in surrounding area.

This beautiful cozy house has really all the comforts. The Easter decoration made it all the way. It is also wonderful to stay in the idyllic garden. You can use the various seats and around the house you have plenty of privacy. Ans and Sander are very sweet, hospitable people who are open to a chat. Kelpen-Oler is an excellent starting point for visiting the wine estates nearby (tip: Aldeneyck has a lovely terrace in addition to tasty wines). You can also take beautiful walks/bike rides in the area. Hidden gem for a well-deserved break: Tea garden the Tungelroyse stream. We greatly enjoyed it!

We booked this place extremely last minute and were completely satisfied! Communication with Wim and Antonet was very quick and friendly. The place was well equipped and cozily furnished, the beds were very comfortable and we felt very comfortable overall.

We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend trip to the farmhouse. The furnishings are absolutely suitable for the farmhouse "style" and especially the living area radiates peace & coziness. Teresa was always quick to reach & was also able to provide us with a fire pit. The cats that often visited us on the terrace perfectly rounded off the farm holiday.

We stayed here with 3 couples including children and greatly enjoyed our stay. The house is full of comforts and very spacious. There are a lot of toys so the children had a great time. There are even two kitchens (i.e. two ovens, two dishwashers, etc) and two bathrooms. Contact with the host was very good - we asked if we could check out a little later due to the morning sleep of one of the babies and the host was super understanding. We would definitely love to come back here again - highly recommended!

We had a super cozy family weekend. The house is cozy and fully equipped. The garden is also great, with several seating areas and the possibility to make a campfire in the evening. The kids have also had a good time helping Tom with the ponies and hiking with a pony. All in all recommended for a cozy weekend away.

Marie-Lou and Patrick are wonderful hosts who make you feel at home. They prepared a welcome home baked pie for the kids, the first of our Airbnb experiences thus far. The beds were comfy and the house is very well equipped. Our kids said this is their best stay thus far and want to give the hosts an “exponentially exceptional” rating.

I was at a seminar during the day and really enjoyed having a spacious, cozy and quiet place to stay in the evening. I was able to go to the next town very comfortably by bike for shopping. Everything was very uncomplicated. I will inquire with Goof again the next time I visit.

We were allowed to stay at the Koehoeve for a midweek. Claudia was very kind and welcoming, a pleasant host. The apartment was nicely decorated and sparkling clean! It stays nice and cool, even at 30 degrees. Furthermore, you can reach all beautiful places to walk from the apartment by car in 15 to 30 minutes, but also to nice places to hang out with the tourist: such as Maastricht, Valkenburg, the tri-border point and the Hoensbroek castle/museum (recommended!!). We will definitely come back here again:)

We had a wonderful stay! It was all very clean and we felt very comfortable. We were even allowed to do a horseback ride in our booked period.

Jolandas Farm is a cute, peaceful and welcoming stay and Jolanda is a great host. We stayed there for one night as a stop of our bike packing trip and felt at home from the beginning. The farm is sprinkled with cute little accommodations. There are different kinds of animals everywhere and probably kids playing with them. Special recommendation: Try her friends self-made beer. It’s delicious! All in all, it’s a great stay if you are looking for a welcoming peaceful and friendly stay outside the usual. Thanks a lot Jolanda! :)

We loved our stay at this beautiful place very much. Definitely worth the effort! Neat , clean and in a quiet area.

After a two hour drive we arrived in the beautiful surroundings of Vijlen. It was like we were driving in a foreign country. We drove through idyllic roads to Hoeve Villare. It was already fantastic at the first sight. We parked the car in the spacious parking lot behind the farm. We were already able to take a look at the amazing view from the garden. We were immediately and very kindly welcomed by Bert and Wilma. The house served our wishes. Our kids would be with us for Christmas and there was all the space for that. Ideal that there are two bathrooms and toilets in accommodation "The vineyard". Also, upon entering, there was already a nicely decorated Christmas tree burning, which made it double fun to start. The courtyard was lit at night by a Christmas tree, in short, very cozy. We explored the area well from this fairytale place. In addition, we all slept very deep and well, the beds are very good (especially for tall people).

We stayed two nights in this cottage and it was great! The farmhouse is spacious, clean, cozy and equipped with every comfort. On arrival we were also surprised with a bowl of fresh fruit and eggs – small effort, great fun! The farm shop on site is top, as is the view of the goats and donkeys (yes, we were sold). Good to know: during the day there is quite a bit of people to the farm shop. We didn't find it disturbing, but if you're looking for complete silence in the middle of no man's land, this is something to keep in mind. Very nice welcome with a bowl of fresh fruit and eggs, which immediately set the tone. We have enjoyed it!

After a pleasant reception by Anna, we had a very pleasant stay. Tastefully decorated, good beds, a bright space, good bikes, quiet area. Really a nice starting point for exploring Maastricht

We thank Leon and Marleen for a lovely quiet and relaxing stay. Our little dog Ruby-Romee also enjoyed the ultrarooled fenced garden. The accommodation is also fire and sparkling clean and everything is completely available. For aspiring guests who check out this site and are looking for a quiet and spacious apartment with lovely large outdoor space and certainly the ones that are accompanied by their sweet dog(you) this is a no-brainer for all parties. The support and guidance by Leon and Marleen is extremely friendly,accommodating and megatop.. So don't hesitate and book this apartment and experience it yourself....we will definitely return to this gem!!!!!...Walther and Nandita.

We had a great beautiful week with our family of five in the spring break. The house breathes the atmosphere of old times and, if you like that, you can fully immerse yourself in it. We love it. South Limburg in spring, there is almost nothing more beautiful. From the house you can walk into nature or you can start right away on the route Margraten, which runs behind the house. Communication with Mischa was great. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and 100% recommend it!

We stayed with friends/kids for a weekend at the property. We found it a very pleasant stay. Everything is well arranged and everything you need is present. There is also plenty to do for the children outside (bicycles, go-kart, wagon, etc.) and there is a playground on the location.
