The apartment is spacious, comfortable and cozy, clean and tidy, designed in a Parisian style with a lot of character, equipped with everything you need for maximum comfort - fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, dining area, living room with large windows and a cozy terrace, overlooking the street. The neighborhood is calm and comfortable, with several restaurants and a supermarket just across the street. In addition, there is a metro שמג נוד stations nearby. Jean Fabrice was available, but also left recommendations for restaurants in the vicinity. In conclusion, a perfect experience! We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Paris with a real homely feel.

This apartment is literally steps from the Eiffel Tower. First floor flat at the back of a private courtyard. There was always an UBER right out front as there are 10 cafes/restaurants within 50 yards and all were excellent. It was a short walk to the Metros. We were all over Paris for the Olympics and while navigating the massive security added some time to a few of our travels, we felt very safe in the neighborhood. Melissa was a sensational host (we added an extra night to our reservation at the last minute) and accommodated our late check-out so we could enjoy an “extra” day in Paris without lugging our bags everywhere. If I return to Paris, this will be at the top of my list when searching for a place to call home.

I had the pleasure of staying at Evan's apartment in Paris for a week during Easter holiday 2025, and it was an unforgettable experience. Evan is an amazing host—he provided me with clear and detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment, which made my arrival smooth and stress-free. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The apartment was spotless, and to my delight, it was stocked with fresh fruits, delicious treats, and a variety of sodas. The balcony was a dream—adorned with beautiful roses and complete with champagne and wine, all with a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower. It was incredibly romantic and truly magical, especially at night when the Tower lights up. The location couldn’t be better. It’s in a safe, charming neighborhood just a 5-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, surrounded by lovely restaurants, cozy cafes, gourmet markets, and boutique shops. The apartment itself is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxation after a day out in Paris.

Dan’s charming apt is centrally located - away from the chaos and crowds - but close to all the major sites. LOVED THE LOCATION! He was a responsive and friendly host. He greeted us upon arrival and allowed us to drop off bags early. His A+ house manual included clear instructions for everything and awesome local recommendations. His apt has a spacious living and dining area. The bedrooms are small but comfortable. Two bedrooms boast views of the Eiffel Tower. Kitchen is well equipped. The housekeeper was an added bonus - she was lovely and came midweek to tidy up - the apt was very clean. Thanks for opening up your home to us, Dan.

We had a wonderful stay in Puteaux! The hosts were very caring and helpful. They described everything needed in detail! The appartment was cozy and had an amazing location: 10min by foot to the train station and 20min by train to Paris city center. The appartment had everything needed for the stay. Of course you need to know that buildings in Paris are mostly old, so its a bit colder and older but absolutely fine. We would definitely come back!!

Abbiamo soggiornato con una famiglia di 5 adulti e una bambina di un anno e mezzo. L’appartamento è davvero grande e bellissimo, particolare. Proprio come in foto. Stanze grandi, soggiorno enorme, due bagni uno con doccia e vasca, e due bagni con wc. Perfetto per un bel gruppo. Il quartiere è delizioso e tranquillo, in 5 min scarsi a piedi si raggiunge la metro. Lidya è stata molto disponibile, ci ha dato le istruzioni per il check in molto precise, tutto semplice ed è stata sempre gentile. Consiglio a tutti questo appartamento. Grazie Lydia

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 8 Personen und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung - die Wohnung war sehr großzügig, ruhig und sauber. Alles notwendige war in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden, sogar Nespresokapseln, Geschirrspültaps waren vor Ort. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befanden sich fussläufig. Besonders der Bäcker war nur 2 Minuten entfernt und sehr freundlich, lecker und gut. Auch die Tram ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Farid war über die die App zu jeder Uhrzeit erreichbar, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir würden zu jederzeit wieder die Wohnung über Farid buchen.
