Marion and Damien are very pleasant and friendly hosts. It was Damien who welcomed us, a warm welcome. The accommodation is great, identical to the photos, you can find the history of the work that has been done, again congratulations, it's beautiful. Everything was perfectly clean. The setting is quiet and soothing, the Seine and the countryside nearby are super nice and very beautiful. Damien responds very quickly and is attentive to the smallest detail. We had an amazing stay at Iteb's! After welcoming us like princes, Iteb took the time to show us the accommodation and explain how each piece of equipment in the pool area works. The pool area is just great! 14m long pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, fitness area with giant screen and state-of-the-art massage chair! Simply awesome! Iteb knows and loves to host, he is generous, very friendly and has no shortage of conversation topics! We also had the chance to access his incredible fully-equipped cinema for a private screening that we won't forget! An unforgettable stay! We'll be happy to go back! Thank you for everything Iteb ;)

3 night stay for 6 people with friends, perfect house for our group: spacious, very well-equipped, modern, connected and very well-decorated. We loved the movie theater, the jacuzzi, and the garden to enjoy the outdoor space. Quiet, pleasant place, everything was there, especially the rain shower in the master suite, a real plus! A remote workspace that has been useful to us. Responsive and very accommodating concierge for checkout. No complaints, great stay! Thank you

Communication with Patricia was easy from the time of booking. The place was very clean and we were warmly welcomed. We even had a large brioche and jam for breakfast. I would recommend it 100%

It was an absolutely beautiful house with even more beautiful surroundings! Sylvie is a very friendly and helpful host and I wish we stayed longer! Also very accomodating towards young children! Our 5 month old slept through the night in the baby bed!

Yolande’s place is fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood feels very safe and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. It's about a 8 minute scenic walk to the train station, which made getting around easy and enjoyable. Yolande is an incredibly friendly and accommodating host, they even offered to drive us to a local grocery store, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. Highly recommended!

Great stay in this lovely house, we had a great weekend with friends. We even had a welcome gift, which we found very nice from the hosts! We were able to enjoy the garden, which is really large, and use the barbecue, it was great! On the other hand, it's true that the living room and kitchen are small. It was okay at 7, but we thought that at 10 it was very limited. What tipped the scales was the incredible collection of vinyls and the kitchen which is very well equipped (oven, pots, frying pan, grater, microwave, stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster…).

A real gem! No complaints except the parking space is a little tight depending on the car. Amazing charm, simple and very tasteful decoration, very bucolic. Excellent comfort bedding. A beautiful little backyard. Eva always answered our questions very quickly. We recommend it without a second thought... well, open them anyway because the environment and the cottage are beautiful. Great weekend with our entire theater troupe to rehearse our end-of-year show! The house is very spacious for 12 and the garden is very nice. We felt very good there during these 2 days. The house is accessible by public transport from Paris, really very convenient! Larissa was very responsive to our questions. Recommended!

very nice environment - beware of the many irregular stairs on arrival on the road side. If you have a person like us who is having trouble traveling, plan to drop it off on the Seine side.

Very welcoming host. Very pleasant and functional accommodation. Veranda welcome on sunny days. The village of La Roche Guyon is within walking distance. I highly recommend it.
