The sofa folds out to a double bed. The house has separate entrances on both floors. There is a shared swimming pool, between two houses, sun loungers and eating areas in front of the house (The swimming pool is operational between June and October). Since this is a village, there can be cats around.

Balkon kısmen deniz ve doğa manzaralıdır. Athena Tapınağı'nın hemen yanı başındadır. Ev köy merkezine çok yakın olup, yakınlarında lokanta ve kafeler mevcuttur. Ayrıca civar plajlara ve yerleşim yerlerine giden minibüslerin durağına çok yakın.
