Good place to stay and it’s nice and cool at night

Excellent place to spend a few days on the beach, the apartment has everything you need, the air conditioning in the rooms was a tremendous plus. We were greeted with wine and a welcome sign. I liked the detail! The rooms are impeccable, the kitchen is well-stocked. It's a 15-minute walk to Playa Negra, which I also really liked. If I return to Punta Hermosa, I will definitely consider the house as an option☺️🫶🏽.

Nice stay to go with the family, the apartment has everything you need, the Miramar complex is beautiful, the pools and the social area are excellent and clean. In fact, we're going back. Omar is very responsible and communication was excellent from the start. Likewise, the staff at Miramar are very friendly, especially Fernando who helps at all times. The place is a studio apartment as in the description of the photos, it has everything you need and amenities to be at ease, an area to access many places for food, recreation, and entertainment.

Excellent place, very quiet, with many places nearby to eat and also very spacious. If I came back to Lima I would definitely stay here again.

The place was wonderful. Very clean, spacious, lots of amenities, the absolute best bed, towels and sheets that we have ever experienced at an AB&B. And we stay at alot of them. The place was very quiet during the week and a bit crazy on the weekend, thats when the entire complex was booked

From the time we booked until the end of our stay, we always had a quick response from Roiki. Her attention and kindness made us feel right at home. Quiet, clean place and everything in order. Highly recommended.

Excellent! Superb view, great location, very clean and comfortable.

We were greeted by Mrs. Luz's husband, then her niece in charge was attentive to us. The place is nice, private, safe, there are few families around, pet friendly. For the date we came it was a little cold at night, but good weather in general. There is quite a bit of wildlife, we were able to walk quietly with our dogs on the beach. The house is very nice on the outside and inside, clean, with several appliances and kitchenware to use. The bathrooms are also very clean. The only problem is the showers, in some the water comes out but mopping solves it. The pool is small but it was very clean, quite nice. The grill is good, we brought our own charcoal but there was some to use, I would recommend bringing lighters. It is better to come with your own car to be able to get to Boulevard de Asia easily, but in any case there are Ubers that accept the trip,

Nice and spacious house a few steps from the beach entrance. My family and I had a great weekend. Madeleine was very kind, she allowed us to stay until after the scheduled check-out due to a problem we had with our mobility. We would definitely like to come back!

I would like to express my gratitude for all the work Andrea put into my stay. The location is not that close to the city but that is the reason why we chose it! You can really get away and relax/ enjoy the ocean and many other activities. Extremely secured place. Andrea description and pictures are accurate, she was really really helpful and quick with answering any questions we had. The family had a blast and hope all that choose her place do respect the rules and the place itself. Will be returning! Thank you again Andrea and best of wishes!

This is a great listing. Although there were some small noticeable signs of wear and tear, that's almost negligible when considering the location, spectacular ocean view, spacious rooms (it is actually bigger than how it seems in the photos), access to the pools in the common areas and nearby beaches. The facilities have everything that you'd need to enjoy your summer there. I'll definitely come back for a longer stay with my family. Highly recommend!

My family and I were very comfortable, everything clean, beautiful, the place is very nice, the swimming pools are nice and large and close to the beach! I recommend it 😊

The apartment is just too nice! You have everything you could possibly need. The pillows and the mattress are super comfortable. Although it is in the last part of Señoritas, it is easy to access by car. The pool is small but it is close to the beach. Everything's perfect.

Nice place, perfect area, parking with acceptable size for 3-row SUV, clean accommodation. I would go again, recommended.
