Waterfront vacation rentals in Lima Region

The best thing about the accommodation was undoubtedly the location, we got to know everything on foot, there is a bicycle point under the apartment and the streets of Lima have many bike paths. There are restaurants nearby, it's a great place, the host was also attentive when we needed something. Thank you!

Our experience with Desirée was excellent from the moment she met us at the entrance of the building until we completed our stay. Desirée is a fluent bilingual in English and Spanish, and in delightfully conversant regarding locales to visit in the area, including a host of culinary and cultural spots. The apartment is filled with light and there are two layers of curtains to use whenever the guest feels the need. The kitchen is very well equipped, including two coffee machines, a blender, electric kettle, etc., as are all the rooms. The washer and dry work superbly. The residence is home-like, with books and artifacts, and there are two smart TVs. Desirée is highly professional and knowledgeable, and we enjoyed our stay and interacting with her immensely.

This was our second stay at this apartment! Very convenient to restaurants, and grocery store. Neighboorhood is a safe place. Owners are so good to work with. All the special touches they have in their apartment make their place seem like a home away from home. They have a list of great recomendations! We tried a few of them. Highly recommend this place!

Place is great, location is great. From the photos i thought i would have a direct beach view, but that's not exactly the case. However, the ocean view is less than a minute walk away. You will not be able to easily get to the actual beach from here, though. Would still stay here. Very safe and walkable area, as a solo female traveler. I walked around at 11pm and at no point felt unsafe in the general area.

Exactly like the pictures with a great ocean view. Clean spaces and with everything you need. I would recommend, specially for this price because you get a full apartment with 2 suites. Great and easy communication with the host!

Fantastic apartment right on the Malecon! The views are incredible from the patio. The kitchen is a little sparse but has a frig and sink with water filter. Beds and pillows were comfy. A great stay in Lima!

A beautiful duplex apartment with amazing views and beautiful surroundings. Rosela is a lovely hostess. She made sure that we were coming. She even went out of her way to organise surprise for me and my sister on occasion of Mother’s Day . The apartment had everything that a family would need . There are nice restaurants, cafe and grocery stores close by . The area is very posh . There is. Long walking and cycling trail . Also some open spaces to have picnic . We would highly recommend Rosela’s apartment to future guests . Thank n regards

The apartment is small but has the essentials and is beautiful

The accommodation is spacious, very pleasant and very well located, close to shops and the promenade along the ocean. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming. Despite the fact that we had the misfortune of having two water outages beyond the control of our hosts, our stay went very well.

The house was very nice, quiet place where you can rest and relax with the sound of the waves of the sea, we had a great time with the family and Mariana was very attentive at all times with the clear indications and recommendations of the place, she would definitely return.

Mrs. Maria is charming, the house is beautiful, cozy with all the amenities and facilities. A few blocks from San Bartolo Boulevard.

The house is super comfortable as shown in the photos. All rooms have bathroom, include sheets and towels. The house was super clean, the lavasecarropas spectacular. The pool is very good tb. Up to two vehicles enter the property. The only thing to mention is that the access is through a narrow alley that is difficult to get through. In general, beautiful house, comfortable and safe.

Absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous loft in Barranco, Lima. The hosts were truly amazing- so warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout. The loft itself is such a beautiful space, filled with character. It’s bright and airy, with so many windows and doors letting in natural light and fresh air- you really feel like you can breathe here. Whenever we needed anything, Matthais, dulce and Diego were always available to help out. The sleeping arrangement was also super cute, and the beds were incredibly comfortable - perfect for sinking into after a day of exploring. The whole place has an artsy charm to it that makes you feel inspired and at home at the same time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a stylish, peaceful stay in one of Lima’s most vibrant neighborhoods.

The apartment of Renee and Marion is spectacular, overlooks the beach and the area is very quiet and safe. The duplex is spacious and comfortable, very well maintained and practically new. The kitchen and super well-equipped rooms. It is too incredible that each room has its own bathroom and additional has a guest bathroom, I think that Allow guests to have privacy in each space. I think the apartment can even be a success when the weather is more temperate because the environment is too relaxing. We will be back for sure!

Stayed a month at the place. The apartment in San Miguel is in a convienent location for tourist. 20 min from Miraflores a tourist hotspot, and 10 min from San miguel plaza a nice large shopping mall that has all you need there. My partner and I spent alot of time shopping and eating there during our stay. The apartment has nice security staff that are well aware of Airbnb and will assist the best they can. The pool is closed on Mondays and from 12 - 2. As well as the Gym from 12 -2 every day. Security has to be there I believe, which was not ideal at times. You have to get used to that schedule. The hotwater for the shower you must flip a switch an hour before use, then turn off after. The hotwater may not last that long either, but good enough to wash off and save water. Host was available to message consistently if there were any problems and thus was able to have a good time here.

Great spot in Barranco, situated between the main plaza of Barranco and Miraflores. Easy 15 minute walk to tons of restaurants around the plaza in Barranco, less than 10 minute walk to the coast. Great spot, would definitely stay again.

Good place and good location for foreigners!

Cecilia was a great host. She is very responsive, caring and accommodating. I especially appreciated her kind interest in making everyone comfortable including the little ones in our group. We loved her apartment and how well equipped it is. The location was great too!
