Nice, modern, clean, place. Close to everything within walking distance. Juan was extremely helpful with reserving and checking in at the last minute, very thankful for that. I'm looking forward to staying at this place more days in my next trip to Lima. Hopefully I will find it available.

An apartment with an excellent location, a very good area with a variety of restaurants, shops, currency exchange offices, etc. The cleanliness was very good and it is faithful to the photos. I would recommend it again. Communication with Juan was very good.

Best place to stay if you are looking for an AirBNB in Miraflores. Walkable to many good restaurants, Larcomar & love park is 5 mns walk. In our next trip to Lima, I will reach out to you first before looking other AirBNB’s. Thank you Juan for hosting my family!

The place is really unique and is such a cool experience staying in a classic Lima house. Despite the house being close to 100 years old, it felt comfortable with all the needed amenities for modern day. The location is right in the heart of Barranco, close to many good restaurants. Juan was communicative and check in was really smooth. Overall wonderful experience

Beautiful country house, well maintained, it has everything, with large gardens. The area is very quiet and isolated from noise. The pool is not as large as it appears in the photos, but it was wide enough for my family. We had a nice and quiet weekend.

Nice house, spacious, very well furnished, pet friendly. Just bring groceries to save money, otherwise there are wineries and markets nearby. Dina and Leo, the guardians, saved us from more than one problem. Limber is an excellent host, the house is very well kept and with many nice touches, clean towels and sheets, full kitchenware, a grill and a nice view. My family, including my cat, had a great time!

Barranco is the coolest neighborhood in the city, and Claudia’s place is smack in the middle of the neighborhood, steps away from great cafes. Her house is in a small gated courtyard, very quiet. My room was super-comfortable. Best of all, Claudia is a wonderful person. We had great talks and lots of fun going for walks and stopping for coffee or supper.

Vanessa's attention was clear, quick, friendly and flexible. The house has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing near the sea. The condominium is clean, with well-maintained gardens and pools. The spacious, clean and life-saving beach. The proximity to Boulevard de Asia is a plus for shopping and dining in various restaurants. We would hire Vanessa again.

Ivette’s apartment was exactly what we needed—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is perfect: tucked away in a quiet residential area but still very close to a lovely park, which was great for morning walks and fresh air. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly, and Ivette was a responsive and welcoming host. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful place to relax while still being close to everything you need!

The house is nice, clean, had everything you need, and the owner was very friendly and understanding. The kids had a lot of fun on the pool.

My stay at Helen's apartment was very enjoyable. It's modern, fully equipped, clean, comfortable and has a great view of the city from the balcony. It has a 24 hour security receptionist with surveillance cameras. The apartment is in a great location. It's very close to shopping centers, markets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, banks, movie theaters, hardware stores, beauty salons, barber shops, pet stores and more. All within a few minutes walking distance. This was my second time in the apartment and I would definitely stay there again. Helen is very pleasant and very responsive. Very friendly host.

Kay and I were very pleased to be close to nice areas. Important point to mention is the fact that the owner reacted very rapidly and professionnally when we requested assistance. If our health permit, we will go back next year to Peru and our first choice will be to go back at Laura Classic Homes Miraflores. Kay and Yves

Cecilia was a great host. She is very responsive, caring and accommodating. I especially appreciated her kind interest in making everyone comfortable including the little ones in our group. We loved her apartment and how well equipped it is. The location was great too!
