The apartment is perfectly located in the good part of the city center, being well served by bakeries, supermarkets and all kinds of shops. Even though it's on a busy avenue, it's super quiet. Shower worked very well in the cold of JF, there were extra towels and the mattress was very comfortable. Ederson is an exceptional host! He gave clear directions, city tips (I've lived there and they're really good) and always responded quickly and kindly. I will definitely stay there again!

Great stay in Juiz de Fora! I really liked the apartment! It is very clean, spacious (especially for one person) and well equipped, with everything I needed during my stay. The location is excellent, in a central area of Juiz de Fora, but it is worth mentioning that, for those who are not in a car, the hills can be a typical challenge of the city. One point to note is that the building is older and has stairs, which can be an inconvenience for those with mobility difficulties, something that was not entirely clear in the listing. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would recommend the stay for those looking for comfort and a good location!

The apartment is very close to Independência shopping! It feels like we're really at home because the atmosphere is very comfortable and cozy! New bed linen, blankets and towels! Valéria was a great host, she left a treat for us, the refrigerator had water, shampoo, soaps, cotton, cotton swabs and delivery recommendations! She answered our questions quickly and was very caring! We'll be back for sure!

Starting by praising Valdir's person who was receptive, polite and attentive, willing to help our group! The place was EXTREMELY clean, smelling good, tidy and with details that make you feel at home (and not in a rented place). It looked like “First Rental”! When we entered the house, we had to send a message to Valdir PRAISING the house in advance and everything he makes available to guests. If I had the option to give 6 stars, it would be for Valdir's apartment today. FOR SURE, if I need to return to JF, I will pick up Valdir (even if it is a little further away from where I need to go).

The building is huge, but surprisingly quiet and organized. The doormen and staff are polite, helpful and charismatic — they take care of the environment with kindness and professionalism. The garage is great and the app used at the entrance makes everything very practical and independent. I will return more often to the city where I graduated, whether to study, visit friends or simply be in this place that, increasingly, I feel like home. Great place. Close to everything. A neighborhood right in the center, where I did almost everything on foot. Very cozy apartment, where I felt at home. Besides being impeccably clean, everything was very fragrant and full of treats that made all the difference. TVs with cable channels that complemented the entertainment in the apartment, as well as very fast and stable internet. The owners are to be congratulated. Thank you!!!!

Very good and pleasant accommodation, excellent location and a good-sized space. My only criticism is the shower in the space, since it wasn't heating up properly and it was very cold in the city. However, I communicated with the host and she was soon willing to resolve it. I recommend the place!
