The property has access to the Salto River, more than 3 km of trails and unmissable views of the Atlantic Forest, the stars and the clouds that form in the valley.

The house is right in the center of the village and 3 km from Ibitipoca State Park, one of the most beautiful in the country. The location is excellent, very close to the bars, restaurants and shops on the main street, eliminating the need to travel by car, which can be parked at the house itself.
