The heat pump keeps the temperature constant throughout the day and the wood stove can be lit for cosiness and extra heat. The ski slope at Øynaheia is not far away and you can strap on your skis at the cabin and go to the slopes from there. Very nice swimming opportunities with a private jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

The apartment has a spacious living room with kitchen, dining table and sofa to relax in. While the sun is enjoyed, children can play in the garden with the lawn, trampoline and sandbox. The bedroom is furnished with a 160 cm wide double bed as well as a wardrobe to keep things tidy. The sofa in the living room sleeps 2 children, but the self-inflating double bed is probably more fun! Travel bed for baby.

It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

Boligen ligger nær en vakker sandstrand ved Tingsaker Familiecamping. Det er en kort gåtur til Lillesand sentrum og flotte turområder. En elv renner ved huset, hvor man kan fiske. Dyreparken ligger en 15 minutters kjøretur unna. Til Grimstad og Kristiansand sentrum tar det under 30 minutter med bil.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

The zoo is 12 minutes by car from Lillesand and 25 minutes from Kristiansand.
