Cozy and newly renovated apartment in a larger house. Central location in the center of Køge. Walk distance to shopping and trains. Close to beach and forest. The apartment is rented as an independent part of the house. In the other part of the house we live a family consisting of mother, father and two boys of 6 and 7 years as well as two curious dogs and a cat. Annex close to forest, beach, Kbh

The annex contains: 1 small bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. 1 living room with 1 large sofa, where 1-2 people can sleep. 1 small kitchenette with refrigerator, 2 hotplates and microwave. 1 very small toilet with shower. The annex needs to be repaired, so it doesn't look great, but it works, and we think it's nice to be out there. Our garden is "wild on purpose", but we haven't quite "tamed" it yet. (so it seems a little messy) We live in the house next door.

The annex contains 2 spacious bedrooms, as well as a living room, bathroom and kitchen. It is 400 meters to Køge Golf Club, 2.5 km to the station and about half an hour's transport to Copenhagen by car or by train. Baby cot(s) can be provided for an additional fee of DKK 125.
