Our dear " Grändhus" is completely newly built for our family and friends as well as for other guests. Beautifully situated on the East Beach - a pristine oasis among fishing rods and sea stalls. Swimming walks along the shore of the Baltic Sea. Great swimming opportunities. Enjoy the beautiful Söderslätt with many excursions and golf. Excellent starting point for both visits to Malmö, Skanör-Falsterbo, Copenhagen. Bus approx. 100 meters - train to all of Skåne and Denmark from Trelleborg. Suitable for a couple without children. The host couple live in "Strandhuset" and "Sjöboden" nearby and are available if needed.

Close to shops, restaurants and to the bus to Trelleborg/Ystad. Open floor plan with well equipped kitchen and living room. Bathroom with shower and WC. You choose to sleep on a comfortable sofa bed or in the loft. Private terrace with access to a barbecue. Smoking and pets are not permitted. Blankets and pillows are provided, sheets and towels are brought by guests.

The big room has a double bed 180 cm, and in the other room has a sofa that can be embeded into a 140 cm wide bed. A foldable crib is also available in the apartment. There is no public transportation to the accommodation - nearest bus stop is about 3 km away.

Welcome to stay at our lovely stable studio apartment, situated right next to Beddinge golf course and just a short walk to the long, white Beddinge beach. This is a perfect spot for a nice, relaxing holiday. It’s close to restaurants, the grocery store, tennis club, minigolf and beautiful trekking or running tracks. The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
