Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Nous avons passé un incroyable séjour chez Iteb ! Après nous avoir accueilli comme des princes, Iteb a pris le temps de nous présenter le logement et de nous expliquer le fonctionnement de chaque équipement de l’espace piscine. L’espace piscine est tout simplement grandiose ! Piscine de 14m de longueur, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, espace fitness avec écran géant et siège massant dernier cri ! Tout simplement génial ! Iteb sait et aime recevoir, il est généreux, très sympathique et ne manque pas de sujets de conversation ! Nous avons également eut la chance de pouvoir accéder à son incroyable cinéma tout équipé pour une séance privé que nous ne sommes prêt d’oublier ! Un séjour inoubliable ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Merci pour tout Iteb ;)

Super logement Je recommande À quelque kilomètres de Paris

We hebben een lang weekend bij Catherine gelogeerd. Dat was veel te kort om alles wat er te zien is te kunnen bezoeken. Parijs is makkelijk bereikbaar, er zijn veel kastelen en mooie plaatsjes die een bezoek waard zijn. De gite van Catherine is uitstekend geschikt voor twee personen. Het zal je aan niets ontbreken. We komen graag terug.

We really enjoyed our stay at the photographer’s house. We were two families traveling with four kids aged 10-15 and it was perfect for that. The kitchen was well stocked, lots of attention to decorating, and a fun new area for us to explore in a new area of Paris. The Communale Saint Oeun was a big hit with us for dinner. While the house is spacious and close to the metro and amenities like restaurants, antique markets and bakeries, it could sometimes be a long trek to spots in Paris - one night out was an hour each way to our restaurant - so just be aware when booking. Julien was a great host!

Manelle is a great host and the place was lovely and pristine clean! It’s just a few steps from a marvelous lake. The house is really cozy and fully equipped with everything you need. There were two potential minuses for us: my dad is very tall and the ceiling on the first floor is rather low. I guess I might have missed this in the description if there was any mention of it. The gates opening with an application is extremely cool and easy to do. However, for some reason we didn’t have network outside, so we had to install a new e-sim on my parents’ phones when it was already deep past midnight (we arrived late). Having said that, it didn’t spoil our impressions at all. The place is impeccable and we would love to stay there again. Enghiens-Le-Bains is an amazing place to see too. So, it’s definitely worth a visit! Manelle is a very friendly and very helpful host. Thank you Manelle!

I particularly wanted to write a review for this Airbnb as it was one of the most incredible ones we’ve stayed at so far… Kheira provided all the amenities necessary for a proper home such as all the basics of bathroom utilities and even kitchen appliances… she was always available when we reached out to her regarding any doubts. The interiors of the house are also wonderful and exactly like the pictures, they have been very beautifully curated. The house is also in very close proximity to bus stops and the metro station, so travelling within the city was never an inconvenience. In all, definitely a 10/10 worth the money stay.

This is the most relaxing place to stay , as four women we really enjoyed coming back to a beautiful apartment and hot tub after a long day sighting seeing . It is spotless and has every amenity you could think of . Nice restaurants near by and easy to get to from central Paris , two short train journeys or a quick uber . Feifei is very welcoming and accommodating. There is also a friendly , funny rabbit that lives in the garden who likes to sneak into the hot tub area 😂

If you’re looking for experience to be amongst the locals and be away from touristy areas this is a perfect place to choose. We had a great stay at Sonya’s apartment. Great, safe and quiet location. Apartment was smaller than we thought it would be based on pictures. But it didn’t disappoint us at all. It had everything what we needed for the stay. All amenities that are listed were there. Very convenient and comfortable. Loved the terrace in the courtyard. Did sit outside every day for breakfast and a glass of wine with some French cheese in the evening after a busy day exploring Paris. Very easy and quick to get to the city centre by metro. Sonya was very responsive. Easy check in and check out. Good instructions. Great recommendations for local restaurant - Bouillon du coq definitely worth a visit. Great bakery near by with fresh croissants and baguettes available every day.

David was very friendly and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for the stay, even going out of his way to get charging boxes, and leaving drinks and snacks in the kitchen for us. Would definitely recommend this quiet apartment for a nice stay.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Très belle appartement avec une magnifique vue sur tout Paris. La vue est à couper le souffle. L appartement est grand et très moderne. Très agréable séjour.

A beautiful, intricate, spiral staircase leads to this quiet, calm, carefully designed apartment, with its Montmartre spirit. Bed extremely comfortable. Kitchen space has everything needed. Balcony with views to the sky. Great location near cafes, bakeries, patisseries and other artisinal shops. We had a wonderful stay.

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Perfect spot for my family. Needed a 2 bedroom and loved the view. About a 10 to 13 minute walk from public transit. Quiet and peaceful. Great bakery around the corner. Host and co-host super responsive.

Zeker een aanrader! Rustige wijk en binnen 10 minuten bij de metro. Vanuit hier kan je Parijs gaan ontdekken. Het appartement is heel netjes en aan alles is gedacht. Communicatie loopt heel goed.

The host was very kind and we loved the location. It was close to the bus stop and metro as well as plenty of food options close by!
