This large studio is located in the heart of Villeneuve-la-Garenne and is right in front of the "Quartz" shopping center. You will therefore appreciate the proximity (20 meters) of various shops for shopping and several restaurants. Free parking is available 7 days a week in the Quartz shopping center in front of my building (20 m). Please note, it closes every evening from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas
