Casa accogliente, ben arredata, con spa e palestra, dotata di ogni confort, tutto riesce a rendere spettacolari anche le giornate di brutto tempo! Andrea sempre pronto e disponibile per ogni necessità, ci ha fatto passare un weekend memorabile. Consigliatissimo!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Andreina apartment, a recently well renovated farmhouse furnished with a mixture of modern and historic pieces. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. Mathieu and Simona live nearby and were very attentive to our stay. It is always a better experience when the owner lives nearby and tends to the property rather than using an agency. The surrounding area is beautiful. The apartment is perfect for those looking to relax and who are looking to do day trips in the surrounding area. It does require a car. Supplies are available about 10 minutes away in a nearby town.

Villa Lina was even more beautiful than the pictures showed. The house was clean, had new and comfortable bedding, had plenty of space for our family, and the view was outstanding. The place is very private, high up on the hill, but with the instructions from our host we had no trouble finding it, even in the dark. The driveway is about 1/4 mile, steep, with parts of it gravel, and has several sharp turns, but we made it no problem with the small jeep we rented (without 4WD). Just take it slow. It is about a 15 minute drive back down to the town center of Lucca and the train station and 10 minutes to a grocery store. The back roads are very narrow until you get to a main road so use caution and we were lucky enough that others backed up for us when we met on the narrow spots. The view and seclusion were well worth the drive up for us. If you want an amazing view of the Tuscan countryside, but also a short drive to a neat town and a train station, Villa Lina is a great choice!

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für alle, die Ruhe und Natur suchen. Das Dorf ist abgeschieden in den Bergen, soll heißen: die Anfahrt ist lange und führt über kleine, aber gut gepflegte Bergstraßen. Das Dorf selbst ist nicht mit dem Auto befahrbar, was man bedenken sollte bei viel Gepäck oder, wenn man nicht so gut zu Fuß ist. Letitia bietet auch einen Gepäckservice an, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Für uns war es perfekt. Sehr viele Wandermöglichkeiten und ein rundum atemberaubender Ausblick entschädigt für den anstrengenden Weg. Es gibt einen kleinen Laden im Dorf, doch größere Einkäufe sollte man planen, wenn man von der Autobahn abfährt. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, um alles mögliche zu kochen für 2-4 Personen. Auch ansonsten mangelt es der Wohnung an nichts. Leider war das Wetter bei unserem Aufenthalt eher regnerisch, aber das kommt im Mai schon mal vor. Wenn die Sonne rauskommt, ist es aber schön warm. Würde sofort wiederkommen und länger bleiben.

Mein Mann und ich durften 1 Woche bei Alessandra und ihrem Mann Ludovico wohnen. Es war fantastisch!! Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen und konnten, wenn wir Fragen hatten jederzeit mit den beiden kommunizieren. Ob es Ideen zu Wanderungen oder Restaurantempfehlungen waren, wir bekamen sehr gute Tipps. Die Wohnung war schlicht und großzügig eingerichtet. Herrlich. Alles war tadellos sauber. Die Gegend um das Haus ist ein Traum. Man lässt den Blick in alle Richtungen schweifen und ist von der Natur und dem Ausblick total fasziniert. Die Ruhe und Erholung die man an diesem Ort erfährt ist unglaublich!! Wir wünschen den Beiden auch weiterhin so tolle Ideen und Kreativität die sie schon verwirklichen konnten. Herzlichen Dank, für alles.🙏

We hadden een fantastisch verblijf in Daniele's woning in Pavullo nel Frignano. Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, zorgde Daniele ervoor dat we ons welkom en thuis voelden. Bij het warme ontvangst hoorde ook lokale lekkernijen, een paar producten in de koelkast en een fles heerlijke Lambrusco. Het huis was perfect: schoon, goed onderhouden en voorzien van alle gemakken die we nodig hadden. De tuin was prachtig en bood een heerlijke plek om te ontspannen. De locatie was ook ideaal, met gemakkelijke toegang tot de bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf en kunnen Daniele's woning ten zeerste aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een geweldige plek om te verblijven. Bedankt, Daniele, voor je geweldige gastvrijheid en goede zorgen!

Francesca and her kind family have created a once-in-a-lifetime, soul-grounding experience in this beautifully restored 14th-century hillside retreat in Portovenere. We loved every minute of our six-night stay. From the mind-blowing views and steep, invigorating hikes to romantic evenings sipping homemade, earthy concoctions thoughtfully left for us—it was pure magic. We were welcomed with fragrant bundles of fresh lemons, rosemary, sage, and thyme, a gesture that set the tone for the care and warmth we felt throughout. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making our rest as memorable as our adventures. We especially loved our daily rocky hike down to the charming village, and one day we even rented a dinghy to explore the surrounding islands—an unforgettable way to soak in the coastal beauty. This place is beyond gorgeous—truly a slice of heaven.

The place was exactly as advertised, with comfortable rooms and a nice kitchen. Video instructions sent beforehand were quite useful and the host was responsive and attentive. The location is very close to the train station in an up and coming neighborhood that has not fully realized its potential, so the surrounding properties are not as attractive as the location's property, but that was not a problem. Distance from the center of town is about a 20-minute walk but local taxi service was quick to respond. We would definitely come here again.
