Waterfront vacation rentals in Ligaria

Es war Perfekt. Sehr sehr Freundlicher Gastgeber und ein Super Studio mit direktem Blick auf das Meer. Sauber und Gross. Viele Aufmerksamkeiten im Kühlschrank bei unserer Ankunft. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Lage ist Perfekt mit Restaurants und Minimarkt in der nähe. Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. Schönes Badezimmer. In der Küche hat es alles was man braucht. (Sandwichesmaker,Toster,Wasserkocher,Kochplatte,Filterkaffemaschine) Wir waren zum dritten mal in Stalis. Dieses Zimmer war das beste von allen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und das Meer direkt vor der Terrasse. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren wir in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Unsere Hosts waren sehr hilfreich und haben meiner Oma auch ein Taxi zum Flughafen bestellt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

This is a marvelous, comfortable and clean apartment with everything in working order and matching the posted photos. A very comfortable place to stay. The location is great, in the center of the old city and convenient for supermarket shopping, some fantastic restaurants (several were recommended by the host) and transportation. The area is safe, quiet and charming. The host was very responsive and proactive, and he made check-in and check-out easy. The terrace of the apartment is a real bonus. It's spacious and has a lovely view. One of the best AirBnBs I've stayed in.

Nous avons passé 7 jours, dans ce cosi petit appartement. Il correspondait tout à fait à la description, et à nos attentes. La mer est accessible quasi directement ce qui n'ai pas négligeable et très appréciable. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut à proximité, petit magasin, boutiques souvenirs, restaurant, bar de plage ... Fanis est très sympathique et réactif, elle a su nous aiguiller notamment pour les activités au alentours, elle est de bon conseils. Il y avait pas mal de moustiques, mais c'est le risque en étant si près de la mer, des produits répulsif était cependant à disposition. Nous recommandons cet hébergement sans soucis. Merci

Un grand merci à Tina pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité. Ses conseils sur la région ont été très précieux. L'appartement est impeccable, et entretenu pendant le séjour. La vue de l'appartement est sublime, et la terrasse nous permet d'en profiter pleinement. Très proche du centre à pieds. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et avons été sensibles aux marques d'attention de Tina. De belles choses à découvrir dans cette région de la crête.

Dies war mein erster Besuch auf Kreta im Winter. Und mit der Wohnung von Anthimos habe ich den perfekten Ort dafür gefunden. Nahe am Zentrum der Stadt (Agios Nikolaos) gelegen, wo zwar weniger los ist als in der touristischen Saison, wo ich aber doch jeden Abend einen netten Ort zum Essen und zur Begegnung mit der lokalen Bevölkerung fand. Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich und bot mir alles, was ich für diesen Aufenthalt benötigte. Genial war natürlich die unmittelbare Nähe zum Meer (Luftlinie vom Balkon zum Wasser schätzungsweise 20 Meter). Auch im Winter ist das einfach atemberaubend. Am Abend noch ein Drink auf dem Balkon oder am morgen der erste Kaffee vor dieser Kulisse. Einfach fantastisch! Danke und sehr gerne auf ein anderes Mal!

Wir waren 1 Woche in dem Appartement von Zoi. Sie war immer erreichbar und hat immer auf die Nachrichten reagiert. Als wir spät abends ankamen, hatte Sie uns Pizzen und Eis in das Gefrierfach gestellt. Für unser Frühstück war auch alles da was wir gebraucht haben! Die Wohnung hat direkten Zugang zum Strand und die Altstadt von Rethymno ist zu Fuß in 20/25 Minuten erreichbar. Wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft mit Blick aufs Meer 🥰 immer wieder gern!!

I cannot fault our experience at this accommodation. Fantastic location. Great facilities and well furnished without being cluttered Spacious Just as per the photos. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of coffee and tea making option provided which is nice touch. It was a home away from home. Communication and check in instructions were easy to follow. Simply cannot fault and have no complaints.

Schönes Apartment in toller Lage mit großem Balkon (allerdings ohne Sonne). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We really enjoyed our stay. Harry was very responsive and friendly. The house was really nice, just as described, and had everything we needed. The view is beautiful—if you wake up early, you can see the sun rise right in the center of the big window and watch it move all the way up. The location is good. We did hear some highway noise, and there was a friendly group of dogs that barked in the morning. But at least you could pet them they were sweet. The hot tub was nice. Although we didn’t use it as much as we thought we would. It’s on the roof, and since the house has a central spiral staircase, you need to come down it to get back inside. That made it a bit tricky with wet feet and the April nights were a bit too chilly to stay on the roof for too long after the tub. But we really enjoyed using the BBQ. Overall, we had a great time. Harry’s hospitality was top notch.

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus acht Tage lang sehr wohl gefühlt, auf der gut verschatteten Terrasse eine erholsame Zeit bis tief in die Nacht hinein verbracht. Ioanna hat uns mit verschiedenen Köstlichkeiten überrascht, liebevoll und immer erreichbar. Gerne kommen wir wieder, um diese schöne Aussicht zu genießen.

Highly recommend! A quiet area, close to everything. We stayed here start of October with our 14 yr old and 3 month old son. The apartment looks like the photos, very clean andy tidy. Very comfortable bed, was huge 💛. We had asked for a cot, which was there. The pool was lovely, very refreshing, solar heated. We were the only ones using it, due to out of main season, an unexpected luxury. The beach is a mix of sand and stones, literally just outside the gate. Within 10 mins walk is a supermarket, pharmacies, a patisserie with huge pain au chocolates - highly recommend, they also had pastries (cheese and bacon, mushroom and ham etc). If you walk along the sea front for about 20mins get into Gournes which has several beach bars, and restaurants/ cafes, we went to Taverna ambrosia, very good even had a baby change area (not everywhere has these) and soft play at the back. It’s a 45 min walk to the Creta aquarium, definitely worth a see. Ioannis arranged several taxis for us.

Staying in Agios Nikolaos is usually more costly per night than most other places in Crete so we were really delighted that Dimitris's accommodation gave us all the things we were looking for whilst being within our budget. Dimitris was very welcoming with some useful extras & treats that helped get our stay underway. He showed us around the property and provided some great info on locations and tavernas worth visiting during our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable & the shower very modern, both things were important to us. The air conditioning was efficient & the garden & shared beach area [with the adjacent villa] was lovely. The bedroom & bathroom were slightly smaller than other places we've stayed on Crete, and if walking into the centre for an evening, the walk back when dark would be maybe a bit much [return taxi a better idea] though none of these detracted from our enjoyment. Overall we were very happy & would certainly recommend Dimitris's villa.

Wir hatten tolle Tage in dem Haus. Da es nur 2 Nachbarhäuser gibt, war es immer sehr ruhig und privat. Der Ausblick ist toll und man hat wirklich mehr als genug Platz draußen. Das Haus und der Aussenbereich sind gepflegt und wir haben uns rundum wohl dort gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host lief auch sehr gut ab. Wir haben sehr schnell Antworten und Unterstützung zu unseren Anliegen erhalten. Wir können es definitiv weiter empfehlen!

Michail's place was exactly as advertised. Extremely clean. Perfectly located within a short distance from great restaurants and coffee shops. Great view of the lake. Basic coffee and snacks were left out for us which we really appreciated. The road noise continues pretty late and can be a bit much at times but not enough for us to lessen our 5 star all around rating. Would 100% stay here again.

The owners of this place were amazing! They were so nice! The apartment is very clean and organized. The view is absolutely stunning from this place! Recommending everyone to stay here! Would stay here again if we ever visited!

A great stay in a calm area of stalida. The beach is walkable from the apartment. There are two nice balconies to sit at, and one has shadow at all times on one of them which is very convenient in the heat. There is air condition in the bed room and a large fridge to keep stuff cool. The washing machine and stove are all new and clean. The street in front of the house is ok to park at, but there is no specific parking spots. The back balcony has a view to the sea and we really liked staying there in the evenings to chat. All in all a great stay.

Wir haben sehr schöne vier Tage hier verbracht. Der Ausblick ist wirklich wunderschön und in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß bei einem Supermarkt. Vor dem Haus konnte man gut parken.

This place cannot be faulted, excellent host, we wanted for nothing. Great location for centre of town, easy walking distance to amenities, would come back here again without hesitation

this was a fantastic location, while you're in a busy area the apartment is actually peaceful and relaxing, the jacuzzi is perfect, the views from the balcony are unbelievable and it's a great spot for sunbathing, eating, drinking and relaxing. everyone has been super helpful and communicative from the minute we booked, the shop being downstairs means they are there almost 24/7 if you need anything. from this location there's so many things to do, we went on a bus to heraklion and hired a car and highly recommend agios nikolaos but you can really make your trip whatever you want it to be. thanks for a lovely stay!

Das Apartment liegt in einer tollen Lage zwischen zwei sehr schönen Stränden und nicht allzu weit vom Flughafen entfernt oder für andere Ausflüge mit dem Auto. Man kann hier noch den typisch griechischen Charme erleben - in den Tavernen am Meer oder im nahe gelegenen Supermarkt. Das Apartment selbst ist sauber und hat alles was man braucht! Sogar 1 Flasche kalt gestelltes Wasser und die nötigsten Dinge zum Kochen (Öl, Salz, Zucker, Kaffee) sind vorhanden! Dimitris war darüber hinaus sehr freundlich und half bei Fragen oder kleinen Problemen mit dem WLAN sofort weiter! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und genossen sehr die Gastfreundschaft! Wir würden immer wieder kommen :)

De host zijn super aardig, reageren altijd op app en vragen of alles goed gaat (Ze had zelfs brownies gebakken voor ons). Daarnaast is het appartement vrij ruim en heeft elke kamer airco. De balkons zijn ontzettend fijn om de dag op de beginnen met een prachtig uitzicht. Ook de badkamer is super, met een regendouche en zelfs nog een wasmachine. Daarnaast was alles schoon en goed geregeld.

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, um die Insel zu erkunden, man ist im Zentrum der Insel, sofort auf der Autobahn (Empfehlung: vor Einzug unbedingt rückwärts am Berg anfahren üben!!) und trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig und hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Vor allem der kleine Balkon direkt über dem Meer hat es uns angetan, auch wenn er im Sommer vielleicht etwas zu heiß/zu wenig schattig sein könnte. Hier schließt man auch schnell Freundschaft mit den 4 Katzen, die gelegentlich auch den Nachbarshund zur Weißglut treiben. Wer Angst vor Katzen hat, sollte sich bei diesen anhänglichen Exemplaren lieber eine andere Wohnung suchen, Katzenfreunde werden es lieben. Mariannas Mutter ist eine gute Seele, bringt Eier der hauseigenen Hühner sowie frisches Obst und Gemüse vorbei. Alles in allem für uns der perfekte Ort, um die Erkundung der Insel mit Erholung zu kombinieren.
