The barn is located in Lifton with easy access to the coast and countryside. The nearest beach is 18 miles away, with Tavistock a short drive away. There's a pub, restaurant, a village shop and ' Strawberry Fields' voted the best large farm shop in the UK, less than two miles away. A hot tub in the barn’s private garden overlooks the stunning countryside.

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

The entire accommodation is on one level and enjoys stunning views over the woodland and Devon countryside. The perfect location to discover Devon & Cornwall.

The Dairy, near Launceston

Our accommodation is a beautifully converted dairy. Its half way between the north and south coasts of Cornwall and also within easy reach of both Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor. The whole place has underfloor heating and is all on one level, with its own garden. Our farm is tucked away in a small hamlet, with lots of lovely walks to be had both on and around it. There is also an excellent pub within walking distance. We are happy to accept well behaved dogs.

Our luxury holiday cottage is nestled within the tranquil valley of the River Inny. The cottage sits in an iddillic rural location on a former farm stead and along side a former water mill. The barn offers spacious accommodation including underfloor heating throughout, roll top bath, walk in shower, wood burning hot tub(logs included) and enclosed outside space. PLEASE NOTE for health and safety reasons we exclude children under 8 years of age

Orchard Barn is in a rural location, the nearest shop restaurant/pub is 3 miles away, where EV charging is also available. We do not provide EV charging at the property. Two miles from A30 junction. Our land has far reaching views to Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor, and then slopes down to the Tamar river. You can walk over the 600 acre farm, or take to the nearby moors! The beaches of North Devon and Cornwall are only 45 minutes away.
