Unser Apartment 302 befindet sich im 3. Stock des majestetischen Fürstenhofes in Sassnitz auf der Insel Rügen. Der große Balkon ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und von hier genießen Sie einen überwältigenden Blick auf die Ostsee und den vorbeifahrenden Schiffsverkehr. Nur wenige Schritte vom Apartment entfernt befinden sich zahlreiche Cafés und Restaurants. Unweit vom Fürstenhof beginnt der Nationalpark Jasmund (UNESCO Welterbe) mit zahlreichen Wanderwegen durch das wunderbare Naturschutzgebiet.

We would like to offer you our cozy and modern apartment for your vacation. The apartment is located in Sagard on the Jasmund peninsula. Sagard is a place in the heart of the island of Rügen. It is 10 km to the Baltic Sea in the direction of Prora Binz, and 8 km in the direction of Glowe Schaabe. The apartment has a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. Ideal for two people max. 3 people. (Extra bed possible in the living room €15 per night). Everything else by email or phone.

The bus lines (RPNV) 14, 20 & 23 are approx. 200 meters away in the village of Hagen. Sassnitz, The small port town is 8 km away. There are various shops and leisure activities there. The former farm with its typical Rügen construction (brick and thatched roof) is located on a quiet side street overlooking the garden and the surrounding fields, an ideal starting point for cycling and discovery tours across the island of Rügen. The accommodation is close to the island "capital" Bergen (only 5 km away) and is located in the middle of the island and also in the middle of nature. We have a large living and play garden to relax and feel good for everyone.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

With our newest apartment, we try to offer you, your family and friends, a stylish vacation experience in the midst of our beloved island of Rügen. A mix of modern technologies, historical construction, unnecessary gadgets and a facility that only the next generation will have to carry to the bulky waste, should make any rainy days a secret wish. And yes, it's true, we want to make money, but only with your smile.

A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle. Feel free to write if you want to bring your dog.
