The vacation rental is located in Prora (near the Baltic Sea resort of Binz). The apartment is about 42 m² and is suitable for a maximum of a family with an older child or a toddler or max. 3 adults. A bedroom, living room with kitchen and a bathroom with tub are provided. Parking space for car in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with grill. The beach is about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. Partial modernization took place in the fall of 2017 as well as in the fall of 2018 and 2020.

Apartment No. 2 (60 m²) in Villa Fernsicht is idyllically located in the old town of Sassnitz. The promenade is only a 2-minute walk away via the private path. The national park and the harbor are also only about a 5-minute walk away. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a large living room.
