The apartment unit is located in a quiet side street of the multicultural district: Vienna- Ottakring. Close to Brunnenmarkt (daily farmers market) with it's South-East-European flair, trendy Yppenplatz (new cafes and restaurants) and in 10 minutes with TRAM/Undergroud to the city center. All shops are nearby: Bakery (Der Mann), Supermarket (Billa/SPAR), drugstore (BIPA/DM), Pharmacy, Post Office, Restaurants and varied venues as the Wiener Stadthalle, Ottakringer Brauerei, Kulisse etc.

Very spacious and calm apartment in Ottakring .Quick and practical public transfer to the city center. You can go by bus ,tram or Underground. Various possibilities of shopping are very close like Thaliastrasse, ,Brunnenmarkt. 12 minutes by bus to Spittelberg,Museumsquartier or Ringstrasse . The apartment has a special old charm and my small new balcony is great ! The shower is inside the sleeping room . I `m sure you will enyoy my flat and relax .I want to be helpfull in any way!

Nice apartment in 1170 only 10 minutes away to the city center (Schottentor) with tram line 43. Shops right in the immediate vicinity. When there is good weather you can relax on 14m2 balcony and end the evening with a glass of wine. For night owls is the same as the walking distance to the city arteries about 5 minutes walk to the clubzsene of Vienna. There is the possibility to rent a garage parking space directly in the house for 10 € per day.

I designed this friendly and bright apartment for guests, looking for comfort and cosyness as well as enough space for up to 4 people. The eye-caching timber construction of the loft-bed is made of tenderly refurbished beams of an old truss from the wine-quarter, contrasting with the filigree white tubes of the main bed. Furthermore, the apartment includes a small kitchenette with a massive oak table, floor heating and a bath tub with rain shower.

During your stay you will experience a great authentic feeling in a typical and classy viennese apartment with high ceilings and casement windows. The lightflooded high class apartment is elegant and tastfully furnished with a lot of extras.
