The cottage is situated at 6 km from Stavelot and Malmedy, in a very small village. The situation is ideal for families who would like to have a break in the middle of the country-side or if you want to go to the circuit of Spa. A lot of walks in forests are available. Completely renovated former flagman's house situated on the international cycling trail "RAVEL" which leads from Troisvierges (Luxembourg) to Aachen (Germany), 125 km. The railway tracks were demolished and flooded. The house is now situated near a small stream, surrounded bay nature in complete quietness, far from any settlement.
