This very nice 3 room apartment is located in the district of Liebenau. The building was newly constructed in 2018 and the apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator). The distribution of the 65m² is ideal. There are 2 separate bedrooms. One of them with two single beds and the other with a double bed. In addition, a living room with the possibility of a pull-out sofa bed. A spacious bathroom and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully furnished. The terrace has a great view of the park. For longer stays there is a washing machine in the storage room, an ironing board with an iron and a drying rack. The apartment is very stylish and furnished with great attention to detail.

Our highlight: a heated pool that is used as a hot tub in winter – with panoramic views of the Alps and close to Graz. Herzlich Willkommen! Wir befinden uns auf circa 800 m höhe und nur 10 min Autofahrt entfernt vom Berg Schöckl. Einen Ausflug auf dem Berg sollte man nicht verpassen. Bei uns steht die Ruhe im Vordergrund. Hier ist der ideale Ort für Mondspaziergänge und Walderkundungen. Es leben hier viele Waldtiere wie Rehe, Gams, Füchse, Eulen, Dachs und Feuersalamander.
