We had a comfortable stay. The location was ideal for proximity to sea and the airport. They are friendly and kind family!

Beautifully decorated and comfortable flat! We had everything we need and fully enjoyed it. The only thing is that there are some stairs leading to the flat, and we had quite some big luggages. However, Federica helped us with it. :) My family totally loved it here, thank you!

Our family had a wonderful stay here and really appreciated the host's flexibility and responsiveness. The location is amazing; a 30 second walk gets you to the lake, 2 minutes gets you to the local restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable and at an amazing value. I hope we can visit again!

The place was great. All of the local restaurants are amazing, and the staff at each and every one of them were so nice and kind—especially given the fact we don’t speak their language—at least one person at each restaurant speaks English, which makes it super easy, so don’t be intimidated. Michele was very friendly, and check in was easy. Pros: cleanliness; right across from the ocean; 15 min walk to grocery store/train station; safe area; local restaurants; blow dryer; inexpensive to get to the city (€1.50 per person one way, and that ticket works for the entire leg of your trip no matter what form of transportation you take) Cons: longer than 30 mins to get to Rome city center (plan a minimum of 60 mins); unable to control the temperature of the apartment yourself, you must ask the host to do it for you (she did, but it was still a slightly inconvenient).

Très beau logement, hôte réactif, très attentionné et aidant, répond très rapidement si besoin. Environnement calme, paisible, éloigné de Porto Santo Stefano mais compensé par une vue paradisiaque. Les très gros atouts sont le solarium, la vue spectaculaire de la terrasse, la plage privée à 1km. Malgré nos 2h de retard à l’arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marco et sa femme. Ils ont de plus accepté de venir plus tôt à notre départ pour des questions organisationnelles. Nous recommandons à 100% et nous reviendrons.

Dream Airbnb equipped with all the comforts that a guest could look for, a two-minute walk from the beach and the shopping center where there are minimarkets, restaurants, pastry shops, bars, etc. and a bus stop to go to Rome. Alessandro is a magnificent Super Host who assists you from the moment of booking and upon request organizes transport (very convenient when arriving at the airport and leaving) restaurants and the beach etc. at super discounted prices!!!! Bicycles are available at no extra cost so, fantastic for going to the beach and getting around Fregene. Thank you Alessandro for your splendid Airbnb and for all the help you provided to me and my son every day which for a foreign tourist is a huge convenience and money saver!!! Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa splendida casa a Porto Santo Stefano e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti. La casa è moderna, elegante e impeccabilmente pulita. La vista mozzafiato sul mare è semplicemente incredibile e rende ogni momento speciale. La posizione è perfetta, comoda per esplorare la zona e godere delle meraviglie locali. Ogni dettaglio è curato e non manca nulla per una vacanza al mare indimenticabile!! Torneremo sicuramente!

Dalla finestra....il mare! Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa nell'appartamento a Cala Piccola, nell'Argentario. La location è semplicemente perfetta, immersa nella natura e con una vista mozzafiato sul mare. La spiaggia privata è un vero gioiello, con acque cristalline e un'atmosfera tranquilla. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo!

You will be hard pressed to find a better host! Alessandro has been a perfect host for us, always very willing to inform and give tips and recommendations. He responds immediately, so you can be sure to not be stranded waiting for assistance or answers. We stayed for one week at their family place in Monte Argentario, with the most beautiful view from the balcony. The place is a bit worn down, but we felt at home and enjoyed our stay to the fullest. We give Alessandro our highest recommendations, and would not hesitate to choose him again.

Giandomenico è stato super disponibile e sempre presente per qualsiasi cosa. Ci ha consigliato molti posti carini dove mangiare e fare colazione. La sua villetta è dotata di qualsiasi cosa, ci siamo trovati benissimo

Ottimo soggiorno con terrazza spettacolare sul golfo di Santo Stefano. Zona tranquilla. possibilità di utilizzo della piscina 24 mx10m e del campo da tennis. L'unica cosa metterei alcune padelle e coperchi in più per cucinare soprattutto se si è in 5-6 persone. L'appartamento è molto ampio diviso su due piani con spazi interni ottimi e due bagni. L'aria condizionata permette di dormire anche in caso di temperature elevate. La parte più interressante è l'ampio terrazzo dove cenare o riposarsi la sera prima della cena. Per raggiungere la zona di Santo Stefano dove si trovano i ristoranti abbiamo preferito andare a piedi. Ci vogliono circa 10-15 minuti, ma va considerato che il paese è circa 100-150 metri più in basso. Quindi al ritorno bisogna fare la salita. Tuttavia ritengo che la posizione sia ideale e molto tranquilla rispetto mangari un appartamento in centro. La piscina è riparata e quindi usufriubule anche in caso di vento.

Giulia and Ivan’s place was great ! Very clean and had all the amenities- for two adults and a child it was perfect! It was 2 blocks from the beach and well located to restaurants. The city center was a short drive with more options. Giulia’s local recommendations were amazing and we had a fabulous meal and gelato of course ! All in all a great stop over on our journey down to Amalfi.

Had a wonderful stay at this seaside apartment. The view and soothing sound of the sea were very relaxing. Visiting in April, the weather wasn't always perfect, but access to the private beach and available equipment (kayak, surfboards, paddleboard) were a nice addition, and on a pleasant day, it was still enjoyable even in April. The apartment itself was comfortable, equipped with all the amenities necessary for cooking, BBQs, and everyday living. The flexible check-in and check-out times added convenience, ensuring arrival and departure were stress-free. Hosts were friendly, welcoming, and responsive whenever needed. Hermoso lugar, ubicación alejadisima de paradero de bus, nos sentimos como en casa

Casa meravigliosa, superiore a qualsiasi aspettativa. Grande, pulitissima, fornita di tutto e non si ha l'impressione di una casa per le vacanze, ma di un luogo amato e curato. Una menzione speciale al bagno, che oltre ad essere molto spazioso ha una doccia spettacolare! Giardino e patio coperto sono altrettanto curati e molto godibili, si pranza all'aperto in mezzo al verde e in totale tranquillità. Noi non abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere Claudia, ma i suoi formidabili genitori ci hanno accolto non solo con la cortesia che è lecito attendersi, ma con calore sincero (grazie ancora Rita per il tuo squisito ciambellone e ad Aldo per la piantina). Sono stati disponibili per qualsiasi cosa e, contemporaneamente, sono persone di una discrezione assoluta e rispetto per la riservatezza degli ospiti. Ci è capitato raramente di trovarci così bene! Consigliamo davvero un soggiorno da loro.

Abbiamo trascorso dieci giorni di puro relax nell’’appartamento di Francesco! Già al nostro arrivo tutto è stato reso piacevole e semplice, dal check-in alla nostra partenza. L’appartamento impeccabile anche nei minimi particolari, non mancava nulla e la spiaggia sotto casa era il top! La cortesia, ospitalità e disponibilità di Francesco sono uniche.e hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora piú bello. Un posto dove torneremo e che consiglieremo sicuramente ad amici e parenti.
