Beautifully decorated and comfortable flat! We had everything we need and fully enjoyed it. The only thing is that there are some stairs leading to the flat, and we had quite some big luggages. However, Federica helped us with it. :) My family totally loved it here, thank you!

Our family had a wonderful stay here and really appreciated the host's flexibility and responsiveness. The location is amazing; a 30 second walk gets you to the lake, 2 minutes gets you to the local restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable and at an amazing value. I hope we can visit again!

The place was great. All of the local restaurants are amazing, and the staff at each and every one of them were so nice and kind—especially given the fact we don’t speak their language—at least one person at each restaurant speaks English, which makes it super easy, so don’t be intimidated. Michele was very friendly, and check in was easy. Pros: cleanliness; right across from the ocean; 15 min walk to grocery store/train station; safe area; local restaurants; blow dryer; inexpensive to get to the city (€1.50 per person one way, and that ticket works for the entire leg of your trip no matter what form of transportation you take) Cons: longer than 30 mins to get to Rome city center (plan a minimum of 60 mins); unable to control the temperature of the apartment yourself, you must ask the host to do it for you (she did, but it was still a slightly inconvenient).

Beautiful accommodation, responsive host, very attentive and helpful, responds very quickly if needed. Quiet, peaceful environment, far from Porto Santo Stefano but compensated by a paradisiacal view. The very big assets are the solarium, the spectacular view from the terrace, the private beach 1km away. Despite our 2 hours late to arrival, we were very well received by Marco and his wife. They also agreed to come early when we left for organizational matters. We recommend 100% and will be back.

Dream Airbnb equipped with all the comforts that a guest could look for, a two-minute walk from the beach and the shopping center where there are minimarkets, restaurants, pastry shops, bars, etc. and a bus stop to go to Rome. Alessandro is a magnificent Super Host who assists you from the moment of booking and upon request organizes transport (very convenient when arriving at the airport and leaving) restaurants and the beach etc. at super discounted prices!!!! Bicycles are available at no extra cost so, fantastic for going to the beach and getting around Fregene. Thank you Alessandro for your splendid Airbnb and for all the help you provided to me and my son every day which for a foreign tourist is a huge convenience and money saver!!! From the window....the sea! We had a wonderful vacation in the apartment in Cala Piccola, in the Argentario. The location is simply perfect, surrounded by nature and with a breathtaking view of the sea. The private beach is a real gem, with crystal clear waters and a quiet atmosphere. We had a great time and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

You will be hard pressed to find a better host! Alessandro has been a perfect host for us, always very willing to inform and give tips and recommendations. He responds immediately, so you can be sure to not be stranded waiting for assistance or answers. We stayed for one week at their family place in Monte Argentario, with the most beautiful view from the balcony. The place is a bit worn down, but we felt at home and enjoyed our stay to the fullest. We give Alessandro our highest recommendations, and would not hesitate to choose him again.

Great stay with spectacular terrace on the Bay of Santo Stefano. Quiet area. Possibility of using the pool 24 mx10m and tennis court. The only thing I would put some extra pans and lids to cook especially if you are in 5-6 people. The apartment is very spacious, divided over two floors with great indoor spaces and two bathrooms. Air conditioning allows you to sleep even in case of high temperatures. The most interesting part is the large terrace where you can dine or rest the night before dinner. To get to the area of Santo Stefano where the restaurants are located we preferred to walk. It takes about 10-15 minutes, but it should be considered that the village is about 100-150 meters lower. So on the way back you have to make the climb. However, I think the location is ideal and very quiet compared to eating an apartment in the center. The pool is sheltered and therefore usufriubule even in case of wind.

Giulia and Ivan’s place was great ! Very clean and had all the amenities- for two adults and a child it was perfect! It was 2 blocks from the beach and well located to restaurants. The city center was a short drive with more options. Giulia’s local recommendations were amazing and we had a fabulous meal and gelato of course ! All in all a great stop over on our journey down to Amalfi.

Had a wonderful stay at this seaside apartment. The view and soothing sound of the sea were very relaxing. Visiting in April, the weather wasn't always perfect, but access to the private beach and available equipment (kayak, surfboards, paddleboard) were a nice addition, and on a pleasant day, it was still enjoyable even in April. The apartment itself was comfortable, equipped with all the amenities necessary for cooking, BBQs, and everyday living. The flexible check-in and check-out times added convenience, ensuring arrival and departure were stress-free. Hosts were friendly, welcoming, and responsive whenever needed. Wonderful house, superior to any expectation. Large, super clean, equipped with everything and you don't feel like a vacation home, but a loved and well-kept place. A special mention to the bathroom, which in addition to being very spacious has a spectacular shower! Garden and covered patio are equally well cared for and very enjoyable, you can have lunch outdoors in the middle of the greenery and in total tranquility. We did not have the pleasure of meeting Claudia, but her formidable parents welcomed us not only with the courtesy that is allowed to be expected, but with sincere warmth (thank you again Rita for your exquisite donkey and Aldo for the plant). They were available for anything and, at the same time, are people of absolute discretion and respect for the confidentiality of guests. We've rarely felt so good! We really recommend a stay with them.

We spent ten days of pure relaxation in Francesco's apartment! Already upon our arrival everything was made pleasant and simple, from check-in to our departure. The apartment was impeccable even in the smallest details, nothing was missing and the beach below the house was the best!
