We were very satisfied with the accommodation. We used the garden every day and appreciated our own entrance to the beach. Although we are 4 families, we fit comfortably and the place was very spacious.

5 stars – Amazing host and unforgettable stay in Santa Marinella! Our experience at Alessandro’s place was exceptional. From start to finish, he made everything smooth and enjoyable. Communication was quick and friendly, and the home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. One of the absolute highlights was the veranda – it's insane! Spacious, peaceful, and the perfect spot to relax. We even had the pleasure of witnessing one of his many beautiful cactus trees blossom – a truly special moment that made our stay even more memorable. Alessandro clearly puts a lot of care into the home and into making guests feel welcome. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this place without hesitation to anyone visiting Santa Marinella.

The accommodation was really nice, both outside for its location in the oldest part of Trevignano Romano, and inside with very welcoming and respectful furnishings for the type of environment. Inside we found all the promised comforts and the Host Ambra was really kind and helpful. Definitely recommend

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Our family of five stayed upstairs and grandma could comfortably come dine with us then retreat to her own apartment downstairs. The kids loved having the beach just a stone's throw away and the fact that you can walk into town via the old train line is really great. We had everything we needed to dine in, though one of the best restaurants we ate at during our stay was a local recommendation that Michela made. We used the house as a base to drive around the island looking for secret beaches and exploring the surrounding towns then would return in the evening to drink wine in the secluded garden. It is really a great property!

Our family had a wonderful stay here and really appreciated the host's flexibility and responsiveness. The location is amazing; a 30 second walk gets you to the lake, 2 minutes gets you to the local restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable and at an amazing value. I hope we can visit again!

Beautiful accommodation, responsive host, very attentive and helpful, responds very quickly if needed. Quiet, peaceful environment, far from Porto Santo Stefano but compensated by a paradisiacal view. The very big assets are the solarium, the spectacular view from the terrace, the private beach 1km away. Despite our 2 hours late to arrival, we were very well received by Marco and his wife. They also agreed to come early when we left for organizational matters. We recommend 100% and will be back.

We really liked the view from the terrace, something incredible, the variety is suitable for housing. Very friendly owner quickly answered our questions, very friendly and knows her job. We are delighted with the location. The only thing this accommodation needs is Wi-Fi and air conditioning. For us, the Internet was a problem we came from Canada because we had no connection. But we liked everything else very much! Thanks to the owner and the member sincere congratulations!

We loved Silvia’s place. We had the greatest experience with all the little attentions, great views, sandy beach and walkable to train station. We would definitely return there.

One of the best views you will find! Place is clean and comfortable. AC in every room and worked well. Probably the best washer dryer we had in Italy :) Incredibly responsive host. Highly recommend!

Just as described. The home was comfortable and charming. Nicola was great in communicating. she was very accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected and let us drop our luggage off so we could explore the city. If you need a place to stay before or after a cruise I highly recommend staying here.

Laura proved to be a very attentive and kind host. Available for any clarification request and any need for intervention. We had a small problem with the keys to the external gate, which was promptly resolved. He provided all the necessary information for entering the house and activities in the surrounding area. It was a comfortable and relaxing stay... just what we were looking for!

You will be hard pressed to find a better host! Alessandro has been a perfect host for us, always very willing to inform and give tips and recommendations. He responds immediately, so you can be sure to not be stranded waiting for assistance or answers. We stayed for one week at their family place in Monte Argentario, with the most beautiful view from the balcony. The place is a bit worn down, but we felt at home and enjoyed our stay to the fullest. We give Alessandro our highest recommendations, and would not hesitate to choose him again.

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. Beautiful accommodation with the possibility of using a large swimming pool, children's wading pool, playground and other services. Everything corresponded to the description. The accommodation was spacious and well designed. All clean. The possibility of sitting on a private terrace (where others cannot see) right next to the pool was priceless. The whole complex was very peaceful and well maintained. We take the possibility of accommodation with a dog as a big benefit and, moreover, free of charge. The host was very kind, communicated and responded immediately to all questions. He sent tips on interesting locations and restaurants. We regularly visited Feniglia beach (10 minutes by car), which was simply luxurious (few people, gradual access for children, areas for dogs and without dogs). The whole area Monte Argentario, including the cities, seemed calm to us without massive tourism, rather local residents. We will be back soon. Thanks Matteo and Maria

We had a wonderful stay at this charming villa in Anzio. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing break. The outdoor space, especially the garden and pool, was a real highlight—peaceful and perfect for unwinding. The location was quiet and private, yet still close to the beach and local shops. The host was welcoming and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We really loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Host was responsive to my situation and was kind enough to allow early check in. Cozy apartment with the amenities for long or short stays. Communication was solid and helpful. Mostly fast food in the immediate area but a short walk to the city center and more elaborate dining. If you are using this as a base for a cruise it’s a very simple and easy walk to the port transportation.

Fantastic week's stay. Apartment as described and with all comforts. Great location for access to all services (beach and restaurants); car use not necessary thanks to the pedestrian tunnels that allow you to get everywhere. Plus having a parking space included in the stay. Stefano is a guarantee and super helpful. We'll be back

The house is in a great location, very quiet but also very close to the center of Porto Santo Stefano, impeccable cleanliness. Fabiana and her husband Mauro were perfect, responsive in responding to our requests without ever making us miss anything (with a very kind and thoughtful attitude). I want to emphasize the effort they put into making us feel at home and accommodating any kind of request, definitely super recommended for anyone who wants to spend a vacation in Porto Santo Stefano

I would highly recommend this location. It is within steps to the beach, pier and several great restaurants. It is only a few blocks from the train station.

Comfortable and clean accommodation, matching the description. Area near the sea, but still quiet and peaceful. Enea, the landlord, is always available, attentive, and kind. I also took advantage of the shuttle service offered to me, which was very useful for getting around. I had a great time!

This is a lovely apartment on the ground floor that is located in a quiet yet convenient area. It's perfect for a stay before/after a flight (it's a quick drive to the airport, and Manuel can help you with transportation). It is not too far from Rome, but it is more peaceful (even though it's near the airport, you will get a good night's sleep!). It's convenient with a supermarket literally a minute away as well as pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, etc. very close by. The apartment itself is comfortable and nice; Manuel has provided all the amenities (as well as some food/snacks and drinks!) you could need for your stay. The private garden is lovely for breakfast (go to Bar Rustichelli for amazing pastries), and if you need some space to work, there's a desk in the bedroom as well. At the beginning, we had a small problem with the internet, but Manuel was quick to help us out so we were able to have fast, reliable wifi after! A fantastic choice if you want to stay near the airport!

Couldn’t of asked for a better place to spend my last night in Italy. Luigi went above and beyond to ensure arrival and check in was smooth, place was spotless and beds very comfortable. Shower was steaming hot with great water pressure. Great value for money. Pictures reflect actual place which was wonderful.

Great spot to enjoy Italy! Bar/Restaurant right outside the door with amazing food and the beach sunrise and sunsets were unreal!
