Very nice hosting by Patrizia and Laura. Super friendly and nice exchange on the rental which is modern and tastefully decorated, surrounded by the gardens of the surrounding houses. Also exchange on Ferrara which is an Italian city of excellence with few foreigners. In a word: great stay, recommended

I highly recommend Jacopo's place! A few steps from the beach, there are great restaurants, a supermarket and a quiet area. Jacopo gave us wonderful tips and hints and was always available. The kitchen is well equipped and is also suitable if you want to cook yourself. The only criticism would be the beds for me, the mattresses are unfortunately very hard and we did not sleep well. Otherwise, we felt at home here and would come back anytime!

Stefano is a great host, very easy to communicate with and help you if you need it. The apartment was perfect for a couple and had everything we needed. Was in walking distance of shops, train station and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying with Stefano and would love do do it again in the future.

To Diana‘s, Daniele‘s and our surprise, we showed up accidentally one day to early because I mixed up the booking (so sorry again!). They were super helpful to find us another spot for that one night. On the day of our actual booking, check-in and everything was super easy. The flat was very neat and nice. We had a very lovely stay there. The location was also very good. We can only recommend to stay here when travelling to Ravenna. Thank you again!

Nice modern apartment with comfortable beds; lovely beach views. We needed to make some use of the air conditioning as the weather was so hot during our stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights so we could visit the Unesco sites and mosaics. The apartment was within walking distance to these and many restaurants/cafes. Cecilia greeted us at the apartment, told us about the area and sent a list of recommended restaurants. The apartment was clean with a well equipped kitchen and they had even left us water, juice and yogurts in the fridge which was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

An amazing house facing the sea. The beach downstairs! No danger, easy with children. A beautiful terrace and garden. This is a really nice environment. Be careful for those who want to sleep... a little noisy (bar and music until late at night but that's the price to pay to have such a beautiful house ) provide quiescent balls, which we had anticipated! Same in the morning there is the noise of those who clean the beach. Other than that, great welcome from Fabrizio and very nice seaside resort with good restaurants. A unique place! I recommend it and hope to return one day!

Accommodation in a pedestrian area, however, thanks to the directions of the host Elisa, we unloaded our luggage right behind the house and luckily there was a free parking space where I left the car for the entire stay, but otherwise there is a large parking lot not far away. The apartment is practically on the beach, just across the street and immediately by the lifeguard (Mario baths) here we also had a very good time. So for me, a more than positive experience. Thank you, Elisa!

Definitely better 💓 Laura and Roberto were very kind, always available for any questions, the accommodation is clean, tidy, there is EVERYTHING to feel at home🥰 and also super convenient to have two separate bedrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the dishes, pots, and appliances! The apartment is also nice and cool, there is always the shade of the trees that surround it. It seems to me that I can't stop writing about the infinite benefits that I find in that accommodation, you can see that the owners have done everything with logic, they have put their soul into it😍. We will definitely come back again.♥️

We (two adults, two 14-year-old sons) felt very comfortable in the place from the beginning. The furnishings were practical and simple, no frills. The division also suited us: the parents downstairs, the youth upstairs.The location was😉 also right for us. We can highly recommend the accommodation!

Robertos is a super warm host. His apartment is a nice place to vacation. You really only have a 3-minute walk to the sea. There are many beach bars there, we were there at the end of September and found 2 more open ones. Right next to the property there is a mini supermarket with the most necessary things. The only drawback to our stay was the mosquitoes, which were quite annoying especially in the morning and evening. But there was also anti mosquito spray in the yard for that. Right next to Roberto's house, where there are several apartments, there is a hostel (a hotel). We didn't hear about it or their guests. The location is very quiet and Roberto always helped us with everything (baby chair for our child, questions answered very quickly) - we enjoyed the time very much and will be happy to come back!

The apartment is delicious: very welcoming, well cared for and tastefully furnished. It's in a really quiet area close to downtown. Marco is nice and very kind,always available without ever being intrusive

Silvia’s place was an oasis of peace and relaxation for our week in Ferrara. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The garden is SO beautiful. Perfect for having a bit of wine or a nice breakfast. Having the bikes were a PLUS, we were able to explore the city with them effortlessly. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and Silvia has a great espresso machine, doesn’t make you miss coffee outside the house. Absolutely a great experience. Silvia is an amazing host! Tutto ottimo! ✨💛

A place very suitable for our needs, quiet, close to a park , a supermarket and 20 minutes from the city center!!! Lots of storage and well-equipped, a pleasant terrace.... in short, we loved it and will be back with pleasure.

Robert met us at check-in and explained everything we needed to know about the apartment and Ravenna. We had five days there and the apartment proved to be very well placed in relation to the train station, supermarket and old town. It is quiet at night and very well appointed with all the amenities you could need. Robert checked how we were going after a couple of days and offered any help we might need. We were very happy with the apartment and Robert is a great host. Ross and Anna.

Absolutely positive experience! :) Mr. Stefano is very punctual and kind, ready to provide clarification regarding questions and curiosities about the accommodation and the details of general rules, services, check-in and check-out. Apartment as shown in the photos and more, the double in the photos looks smaller when in reality it is very spacious! Everything clean and tidy, comfortable beds and quiet area, we all rested very well! :) A stone's throw from the Palacongressi, excellent as a base in these cases. All guests satisfied with the experience and good value for money compared to the amenities offered. Nothing else to add:) See you next time!

Perfect location, great for being very close to the sea but high up so as not to hear the street noise. I'll definitely be back.

Basically a great place to stay. We felt comfortable and would come back. Unfortunately, the heating could not be put into operation because it is probably controlled centrally by the location. We had two cold days during our week, so it was uncomfortable in the apartment. But we were helped with extra blankets. For our bikes there was a video-proof space in the underground parking.

The apartment is very spacious, organized and clean, modern and technological. The property offers a swimming pool and hot tub, and the parking is private and is located in front. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and an oil/salt and spice kit. There are 3 bathrooms, complete with towels and soap. The owners were very helpful and kind. We had a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back!

It was a very pleasant stay. The jacuzzi in the garden is a welcome cuddle. Being the eighth month of pregnancy, not every day we went to the beach, which is only a 10-minute walk away. Being in the middle of nature was relaxing. The room is comfortable, with everything you need. We'll be back again. Lorena has always responded quickly and has always been kind.

Absolutely recommended – perfect vacation! Had a great time staying at this place! The apartment was very clean, well equipped and lovingly furnished – you can immediately tell that someone really makes an effort here. Everything worked smoothly, including WiFi, air conditioning and kitchen. Especially positive: very quiet location, but still everything quickly accessible.
