A great cozy place that has everything you need. We felt very comfortable. It was easy to find and had a good location. Short walk to the beach and promenade. Great communication with Alice. Everything worked out great. I highly recommend it!

We’ve spent a great October week in Cervia with the family and there are three highlights of the apartment: (1) central location right at the Borgomarina close to the beaches and restaurants, (2) spacious place with 3 bedrooms and living room (3) Alessia as host is super friendly and helpful Watch outs: the parking is quite narrow - I would say it is recommended only for small/medium vehicles and it gets loud during the weekends however bedrooms are quiet. We certainly recommend this place if you’re looking for central location. Overall off-season stay in Cervia is absolutely worth it!

Beatrice’s apartment is super cute, very clean, tastefully decorated and has EVERYTHING you need for a comfortable stay. I really loved the fact that there is a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee maker. My husband enjoyed the balcony:) The beach is within a 2-minute walk. A huge plus is a gated private parking lot. Beatrice is very easy to communicate with. She responded to my messages instantly and answered all the questions I had. We definitely recommend Beatrice’s place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nicolò, Roberta and Thor's! ☺️ We traveled together with our two-year-old daughter, who slept with us in bed, and the location of the apartment was perfect. The long sandy beach is right outside the door (a few meters) and there are small playgrounds everywhere. Communication with Nicolò and Roberta also always worked smoothly. We would definitely come back if we were in Rimini again. Thanks for everything! ☺️🤗

Special mention to “”mom”” Simona who from the first moment was kind, helpful and very caring in every way. Brand new apartment, attention to the smallest details, very clean and above all with a personality that made us feel at home. Absolutely nothing was missing, indeed there was more than what was needed and an interesting note was the car parking that made it very convenient given the one-way micro streets of Torre Pedrera, easy to walk on foot a little less so by car.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The apartment is in a fantastic, central location, with everything you could possibly want right on your doorstep! We had a wonderful holiday, despite a heatwave during our week there! The air conditioning in the apartment worked perfectly and was a real lifesaver. The apartment is just as gorgeous in real life as it is in the pictures! It's modern and beautifully decorated. We want to thank Simone for the amazing service he provided during our entire stay. He was so helpful when we arrived, during out stay and when we left, and gave us great tips for things to do and see in and around Sottomarina. We were especially grateful that he let us arrive a day early, free of charge, because the apartment was empty. It was such a nice surprise! We've never had such a great experience. Thank you so much!

The apartment was at its best with indoor parking the host was very nice to us for various activities or meals I advise you if you are looking for an apartment for 7 people

We spent 5 nights ar Vittorio's place and were very satisfied. Spacious house with big garden. As we travel by car and with two large dogs, the space outside the house was perfect for us. The garden is fully fenced and private. Large terrace with a roof. Just take some mosquito spray - as the island has water all around, they are vicious there - in case you feel like sitting on terrace in the evening or take a stroll around the island.

Good place, location and price

We enjoyed Stefano‘s place a lot. The swimming pool was a hit for our children and in fact for everyone. We are a patchwork family of eight persons and we could separate us in the two half’s of the house. Very practical was that those who wanted to sleep long were not disturbed by the early birds. The garden and pool was super nice and we don’t most of the time outside. Because of the big awnings there was a always enough shade to take a break from the heat of the sun. For us it was a beautiful holiday for everyone.

It's a charming little house. Very nicely located. A bakery is right next door. In 15 minutes, you can walk to Chioggia. Almost at the front door you can take "Raffaelo" to Venice by boat or bus directly there. Cristian provided us with the following free of charge: cola, coffee, pasta, oil, packaged croissants, cookies, 1x tomato sauce, wine, towels, toilet paper, towels and a few more small things. There are 2 TVs with Netflix and Prime. Unfortunately, the Internet is not that good, but that was also the only "negative." Cristian was always easily accessible. Unfortunately, my kids damaged something, but Cristian was neither angry nor did he want money. I hope he was as happy with us as we were with him. We felt very comfortable and thank you again for the parking and the possibility to check out only in the evening instead of in the morning. The location is really great there. You have your peace, but it is very central.

A very pleasant stay, in a very quiet place, with lots of natural and historical places to visit: the beaches, the Po Delta and its many reserves, Rimini, Comacchio and even Venice... Note that the bedding is particularly comfortable in a pleasant and clean house where there is everything you need. Tiziana, even without seeing her we can say it, is a very friendly person, a perfect hostess.

A fantastic stay, the beach is right behind the house, shops and cafes next door, the garden was also incredibly beautiful, including a large private parking lot. All Italians are extremely friendly and communicative. And the city center would even be within walking distance to avoid the parking problem. The house is very spacious and cozy. The only downside: The house is unfortunately very bright, from 5 o'clock you can hear the birds whistling. But overall my best vacation.

The apartment has been renovated, very clean, with attention to detail and equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent, not far from the beaches of Sottomarina and the historic center of Chioggia. Several bars and supermarkets are nearby. We felt right at home!

Lovely little apartment very nicely furnished and decorated. Modern, clean, and homely. Withing the old town of Choiggia with easy access to the main shopping street and restaurants just across the footbridge.

This place is comfortable, clean and tidy. Communication with the host was good and clear. The only downside is there is nothing going on in the entire town when it’s off season. We felt like we were the only people in the entire village. However, I would recommend this place to anyone who’s just looking for a place to sleep and go out of town during the day.

Almost a shame to stay only one night. Wonderful and modern apartment, very bright and well furnished, with several parking lots around and close to what is the main square of Cervia, as well as several shops and restaurants and a 5/10 minute walk from the sea. Marco is a serious, cordial, friendly and responsible person, as well as being extremely helpful. If you want to make a good impression with friends or your other half, highly recommended and if I have to go back to the area, I won't think twice about where to book!

Whether you wanted to relax by the sea or explore the vibrant local scene, everything was easily accessible on foot. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the private parking, which made our stay even more convenient. The host was exceptionally kind, flexible, and always willing to help. Their warm hospitality added a special touch to our trip. Recently renovated accommodation. Well-kept and functional furnishings. New and very clean bed linen and towels. Possibility to use the washing machine and iron. Stefania is friendly and present. It was a really positive experience.
