Vacation rentals with beach access in Lido di Noto

Federica’s apartment is even better than the description! After Naples and Palermo, this was just perfect for some time relaxing. The pool is lovely and overlooks the sea, you can swim at anytime. You can also go down some steep, narrow steps to the beach and swim in the sea with little fishes! The house is spotless, has a very comfortable bed and best of all, mosquito screens meant we didn’t need to use the air-con and could fall asleep listening to the sea! There is a lovely balcony set up with chairs and a table where you can enjoy the sea view and sunrise if you’re up early enough! All in all, perfect, a lovely bottle of wine was left for us too. I really didn’t want to leave!

Salvatore is a reliable host. He was flexible when we needed an extra night due to changes in flight schedules and he offered us the possibility to store our baggage in the apartment for a few hours after check-out. We spent a lovely 10 days in Syracuse and enjoyed the views form the balcony.

Great host, friendly and flexible. Spacious and light place, good kitchen, large living room and balcony. Fantastic ocean views. Easy parking. Close walk to beaches and restaurants. Pozzallo is not a town with many tourists which we appreciated. Only downside is the local youth gathering in the little park outside on weekend evenings, but the sleeping rooms are in the back and undisturbed. Absolutely good value!

We were thrilled to have spent a few days at Alessandra’s place. It’s proven to be a great idea to opt w Ortigia to within Syracuse, lots to see, walkable, amazing architecture, mini beaches around. This specific house has been great as it’s east facing that seemed a bit more quiet side of Ortigia, through the windows you overlook the sea and a cute square. We enjoyed just taking short coffee breaks across the street by the water. 🌊 The space is perfect for 2 ppl equipped w all we needed even for eating in and cooking some basic things. Coming by car, accessing the island and parking needs some attention, but nothing you couldn’t fix and Alessandra has been a great helping hand here w hints.

Appartamento, host e zona spettacolari. terrazzo con vista mozzafiato a tutte le ore.. appartamento grazioso arredato con gusto ..con tutto il necessario.. è come sentirsi a casa.. comodissimo per due persone.. al mare arrivi a piedi in due minuti in una spiaggia sia libera che attrezzata dove si può anche mangiare .. Salvatore gentilissimo e sempre disponibile.. torneremo sicuramente

Schöne, modern eingerichtete Wohnung in gepflegtem Altstadthaus. Tolle Lage. Salvatore ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wenn man einen Parkplatz benötigt, empfiehlt es sich über Salvatore einen Platz in der 100m entfernten Tiefgarage reservieren zu lassen (20€/Tag).

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Angelo und Rosanna, der unseren Sommer verlängert hat. Neben der gastfreundlichen Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber, dem alten Olivenbaum im Garten, der Erlaubnis, sich an den Kräutern fürs Kochen bedienen zu dürfen, verlieh das Meeresrauschen, mit welchem wir einschliefen und aufwachten, unserem Aufenthalt eine ganz besondere Magie. Das Appartment ist wirklich schön und wir haben jede Minute dort in vollen Zügen genossen. Sizilien ist für uns ein wunderbarer Ort und wir haben unseren Sommer an diesem zauberhaften Platz direkt am Strand für ein paar Tage verlängern dürfen. Grazie.

Meraviglioso viaggio . Host delizioso, educato, sempre pronto a rispondere a tutte le mie domande su dove mangiare e cosa fare. Si perché erano le uniche cose che c'era da chiedere visto che il posto era meglio di come si vede in foto, la casa era una miniatura di bellezza , comodità e buon gusto. Valutazione 10 e lode. Consigliatissimo. Noi siamo andati in 5 famiglia con adolescenti. Punto perfetto per scegliere località di mare, escursioni faunistiche e città artistiche. Insomma vacanza da sogno. Grazie Salvo!!!

La villa è stupenda e posizionata in un luogo bellissimo, l'accesso alla spiaggia e la vasca idromassaggio la rendono un luogo di pace. Straordinario il panorama dalla camera patronale. Viviana si è dimostrata disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta e piena di ottimi suggerimenti per i dintorni. É stata una vacanza di vero relax

Even nicer than we imagined- the patio is right off the bedroom making it super easy to use for breakfast and afternoon drinks. It has the best view in the city!

Kleines, aber feines Apartment, das ich gerne empfehlen kann. Francesca war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man kann die Stadt von dort aus gut zu Fuß erkunden. Parken konnte ich umsonst auf der Straße vor dem Haus.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Aldos Strandhaus. Anfang Oktober hatten wir den Strand, der direkt vor dem Haus beginnt, häufig ganz für uns allein! Die Lage ist wirklich einmalig. Der Einstieg ist flach, der Sand weich und das Wasser kristallklar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants liegen in 10 bis 15 min Autofahrt entfernt. Wir haben mehrere Ausflüge gemacht nach Syrakus, Noto, Marzamemi und mit unseren zwei Jungs natürlich auch zum Ätna! Alles empfehlenswert! Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, der Empfang und die Betreuung durch Salvatore und seine Frau war sehr herzlich, die Kommunikation, auch mit Aldo, einwandfrei! Insgesamt können wir einen Urlaub in Aldos Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen!

I due appartamenti si trovano in una splendida villa privata con ampio spazio esterno, cancello privato, spazio per giocare per chi ha bambini, docce esterne, barbecue. Sono comunicanti esternamente, adatti a due famiglie che si conoscono quindi per noi è stato perfetto. Ognuno ha la propria privacy, ma si può condividere una cena insieme dalle terrazze esterne. Gli appartamenti sono super attrezzati, abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario e anche di più. Cucina super attrezzata. C'è una lavanderia esterna con una lavatrice da condividere. Il mare è a pochissimi passi dalla villetta. La spiaggia completamente vuota nel nostro periodo, mare pulito però è un peccato soffermarsi a questa spiaggia perchè a 10/15 minuti di strada in auto si raggiungono spiagge e città stupende. E' una zona moolto tranquilla, intorno non c'è nulla quindi è necessaria un'auto per spostarsi. Non la consiglio per chi ama il caos,movida,locali e ristoranti a due passi. Complimenti a Carlo per la cura della villa.

Laura è stata un host gentilissima si è fatta trovare presso l’abitazione a seguito della nostra telefonata per l’arrivo. L’appartamento è bello, nuovo, pulitissimo, comodo, fresco, arredato con gusto, con due camere da letto e un parcheggio privato. Il mare a 700 metri è raggiungibile a piedi e le spiagge più belle(Riserva Vendicari loc. San Lorenzo meglio traversa III) a 15 minuti d’auto, ottimo punto per visitare NOTO, AVOLA, MODICA…Il nostro Diesel(🐕) è stato accolto con piacere. È stata una esperienza davvero davvero positiva, grazie Laura.

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

Wij hebben met z’n tweeën de maand januari in dit authentieke pand gewoond en het was helemaal naar onze zin. Prachtige plek aan een pleintje, rustig gelegen, met een mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon. De badkamer is klein en basic, maar de woonkamer en slaapkamer zijn groot, en het bed is perfect. Het appartement is in de winter goed te verwarmen. De communicatie met Giuseppe en Aurora verliep uitstekend, ze waren heel behulpzaam en reageerden snel. Zeker een appartement om terug te komen!

Le logement est propore, conforme au descriptif et aux photos. La chambre est grande et le lit est confortable. Il est très proche d'Ortigia à pied et du marché quotidien pour faire les courses et pas loin de la gare routière et ferroviaire pour vous déplacer vers Catane, Noto, Raguse etc. il est calme ce qui est bien pour se reposer la nuit. Pour ceux qui ont l'habitude de dormir dans le noir complet pensez à prendre un masque il n'y a pas de volet et l'éclairage public est présent. Fabio est très réactif aux messages et très sympathique. L'arrivée se fait facilement et en toute autonomie. Rien ne nous a manqué, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons ce logement.

We loved our stay at Maria Theresa’s place! The apartment was lovely, and Maria Theresa was very kind and responsive throughout our stay. The only small drawback was the restaurant just below the apartment, which made it a bit noisy until around midnight. Otherwise, everything was great and we really enjoyed our time there!

This place is incredibly beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The furniture was comfortable and everything we needed was available. That Lavazza coffee maker was excellent - I wanted one for home but they aren’t available in the US. The patio spaces had a great view, and we spent so much time there. Ortigia is possibly the most charming place I’ve ever been, and the apartment matched the island’s charm. Be aware of the steps up to the place. It’s a steep climb, but it’s absolutely worth it.

Wir hatten als Familie zu viert eine tolle Zeit! Die Unterkunft von Stefania war sehr sauber, hatte eine super Ausstattung wie beispielsweise Strandspielsachen für die Kinder, sämtliche Küchen- und Kochutensilien. Das Haus war gemütlich und hübsch dekoriert. Die Außenbereiche waren ebenso schön! Stefania war eine perfekte Gastgeberin, die immer erreichbar war und tolle Tipps für die Region gegeben hat. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich willkommen geheißen, ein kleiner Willkommensgruß wurde uns ebenso überreicht. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Wir waren für vier Tage Maddys und Guidos Gäste. Der Empfang war ausgesprochen freundlich und es ist alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Fotos beschreiben die Unterkunft sehr genau. Und die Lage ist einfach fantastisch. Guido gab uns noch Restaurant Tipps. Wir können es einfach nur weiterempfehlen.
