Very well-kept house, large and 2 km from the center of Suvereto. Highly recommended

Understandable and welcome for us: the price is for the location. For us, too much luxury would put it in the shade. A few renovations, especially the furnishings of a cozy corner, where you can get together and sometimes cuddly, would still not hurt. We had a very good time either way and thoroughly enjoyed the nature encounters, the view, the starry sky, the sea and last but not least the away from crowded beaches.

The personal contact with Giacomo was very pleasant and friendly. The house is in a beautiful location outside Marciana Marina. From there, you have a beautiful view of the sea and also the mountains. We got used to the steep, narrow street and also access to the parking lot quite quickly. We liked the house itself and the tasteful furnishings very much. A tip, in addition to the difficult access directly from the parking lot, there is a 2nd access a little further above the street. This makes it easier to transport luggage, for example.

We read all the reviews prior to our booking and they all describe the place perfectly. The location is just perfect and we had a wonderful time! Best sunsets ever, wild beach on walking distance, peace and tranquility.. what else do you need?

We stayed here for a week at the end of September - a nice time to vacation here. The apartment is in the middle of the village and still really quiet in the small picturesque side street. The rooms are spacious and very tastefully decorated - one bedroom and the kitchen with small balcony overlooking the sea over the rooftops. Everything we needed was there. Bed sheets and towels were provided at our request at extra cost. Since we arrived late, Luca even got us some small purchases by arrangement! The communication was excellent with translation and very friendly - I always got an answer to my questions very quickly. The personal contact was also very pleasant! We certainly want to stay in Capoliveri again and certainly again in this apartment!

A wonderful house with beautiful outdoor seating. We felt very comfortable. A beautiful view from the sea and quiet location. We can only recommend it.

We stayed at Italo's place for a week. The apartment had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, cozy rooms, beautiful garden, and a magnificent pool. Italo and Simona are very nice and gave us many tips for the area. Loved it!

Silvia's house is very nice, equipped, clean and in a unique location: terrace with sunset over the sea, really very impressive. Mr. Marino is kind and helpful: he gave us useful tips for taking beautiful walks (ring path of the old cellars of Chiessi: a wonder for the eyes: I highly recommend it!) We had a very good time with everything: magical island, impeccable house, the town center within walking distance, the very welcoming locals… in short, good vibes 🤗 We will definitely be back. ⛵️

We had a great time in Punta Ala, especially the terrace and garden were wonderful. We will be happy to come back!

As a group of 4 friends, this was the perfect stay for us. Paola is a welcoming and friendly host. She gave us many recommendations for beaches and restaurants and was always there to answer our questions. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. I can only recommend this to anyone who looks for a privately owned and operated place that shows the charm and hospitality of its owner.

We had a wonderful vacation in a great place. The apartment was as described, and from the terrace we had a view of a beautiful pool where we could relax. Stefano and Cristian throughout our stay were ready to help us if we needed anything. Stefano is the best host and I would recommend everyone to stay at his place.

Great villa to enjoy some tranquility and relaxation, in a very convenient location to visit the sea. The accommodation has all the amenities to enjoy a great vacation (parking, dishwasher, air conditioning, possibility to eat outside, etc.) The pool is beautiful, with the possibility of bathing even after dinner! Il Casale di Giovanni is truly an oasis of peace and tranquility where you can recharge your batteries after a year of work. Just a 10-minute drive from the beautiful free or equipped beaches and numerous characteristic villages and hamlets that are worth a visit. The house is just like the description if not better, spacious and equipped with all the comforts. Giovanni is a punctual, precise and discreet host. In one word: super recommended!!

Very nice, modern and sparkling clean accommodation in a beautiful and spacious hotel complex in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay and Simona was a great host. It was just a pity that the pool area was not yet open in mid-April. Thank you, dear Simona, we will definitely come back someday!

Excellent stay in Madonna delle Grazie from May 17 to 24, 2025. Site in the middle of nature with sea views very close and access to the small beach on foot. Extremely peaceful, functional, well-equipped and very clean accommodation. Beautiful shaded terrace. Security at the entrance to the residential neighborhood. Quick car access to Capoliveri for shopping. Numerous nearby restaurants, as well as sandy beaches. Lorena, our hostess, contacts us very quickly. She is warm and very attentive to our wishes, and in complete discretion. So yes, our stay on the island of Elba was very successful and met our expectations. We can only recommend this place and will be happy to come back.

The hostess Chiara was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to questions. The apartment is really spotless and everything is available and in good condition. The elevated position of the house allows very nice views of the village of Capoliveri and the sea in the southwest and northeast. Large terrace, cozy place to rest on the sofa or sun loungers or to eat at the table with panoramic views. Two bathrooms are practical and spacious, the kitchen compact and functional for this apartment size. The village is easily reached on foot, the ascent is also easy to manage after dinner in the village. The parking space in the garage is very convenient. Unfortunately, no bed, kitchen or bath linens are offered, these must be brought along.

Perfect location for a couple of days exploring Elba

We had a great time, the location is excellent for reaching all parts of the island. In addition, in the evening and in the morning it is wonderful to walk through the country streets (Conad and pharmacy are a 5-minute walk away). The property is clean and tidy and having our dog with us we really appreciated the gate on the veranda! Easy check-in and checkout! I would stay with Francesco a second time if we were to return to Elba!

The garden is beautiful, the terrace is protected and cozy, in the general area you have a great view. The kitchen is very well equipped. We will be back!
