Wir hatten sehr schöne und ruhige Tage bei Vittorio. Es ist ein sehr schönes Sommerhaus von der Familie und ist paar Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Wir haben alles im Haus, Garten und die Insel genossen. Danke für so schöne Unterkunft. Vittorio antwortete sehr schnell immer und hat uns immer unterstützt in allen Wünschen :D Die Insel war super leer zu der Zeit, alles inclusive Lebensmittelladen war zu. Die Gegend ist irgendwie Einmalig in verschiedenen Hinsichten. Es war sehr warm und ruhig. Auch für ein kleines Kind geeignet. Wir können nur weiter empfehlen...

This was a beautiful and perfect location for exploring Rimini. The pullout couch was very comfortable and the architecture & accessories of the flat were both inspiring and efficient for the size. I would definitely recommend this location and would be happy to return next time!

Giacomo e la sua famiglia sono stati molto accoglienti. La comunicazione è stata impeccabile. L’alloggio è curato e centralissimo, a pochissimi minuti a piedi da porto canale. È stata un’ottima esperienza, grazie!

Wir haben 4 Wochen in dem tollen Haus von Mauro verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie es beschrieben war. Alles sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Der Garten ist super schön und dank des sicheren Zaunes ein Paradies für unsere beiden Hunde. Der Blick auf San Marino ist ein Traum und die große, überdachte Terrasse spendet herrlichen Schatten, wenn es mal heißer wurde. Mauro ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Gastgeber, der trotz unserer mangelnden Italienischkenntnisse sofort auf Wünsche reagierte. Besser geht es nicht. Sein super netter Hund Alba war ein von uns und unseren Hunden ein sehr gern gesehener Zaungast. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder hier Urlaub machen.

This house was amazing, we brought our 3 dogs along and had the best time. An extremely private garden and pool with lots of games. She provided all bbq equipment, portable speaker, TVs loads of towels everything you’d need. Dorella was a fantastic host and it’s a really lovely comfortable home. The pool is the big selling point and it didn’t disappoint

We had a very joyful stay, host was friendly from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Loved all the animals and the beautiful scenery. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh. Communication was very easy and we felt right at home.

Stayed for a few days as i was visiting the race circuit at Imola. Perfect for that, about 25 min drive direct to the Aqua Minerali entrance. Set up on a hillside , very peaceful and beautiful. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. I didn’t eat at any restaurants as i ate at the circuit and cooked at the house. There is a small supermarket in the town 10 mins away for all your supplies. Lovely to eat outside amongst the trees. Highly recommend if you visiting this beautiful part of Italy.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Der Check-In war sehr problemlos, wir konnten sogar einige Stunden vor dem offiziellen Check-In, in das Haus. Es hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert und es gibt mehrere Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Die Eigentümer haben uns alles genau gezeigt und sind super freundlich. Wir waren ständig in Kontakt und Fabrizio hat mehrmals nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Das ganze Haus und der Poolbereich waren sehr sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind wenige Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir hatten eine sehr tolle Zeit und möchten uns nochmals ganz herzlich bei Fabrizio und Mariangela bedanken. La casa è isolata ed immersa nella natura, molto grande, ben curata , ed è persino meglio di quanto risulta in foto. Arrivando all’ultimo tratto per raggiungerla, la strada diventa sterrata è sembra essere impegnativa e lunga, ma già alla seconda volta risulta persino divertente e piacevole scrutare i boschi dall’interno percorrendola non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà neanche nei 2 giorni di pioggia intensa, ne vale la pena. Michele ci ha accolti con premura e durante tutto il nostro soggiorno è stato sempre reperibile, soddisfacendo anche la nostra richiesta di sdraio aggiuntivi. La casa è dotata di tutto ciò che può servire, utensili e stoviglie,Smart Tv, BBQ, spazi esterni, cancello automatico. La piscina è più grande di quanto si possa capire dalle foto, pulita,funzionale e piacevole. Siamo stati davvero bene e anche il nostro cagnone negli enormi spazi esterni incontaminati. Assolutamente consigliata se si cerca una soluzione di tranquillità. Torneremo sicuramente volentieri

Esperienza favolosa! Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa fantastica, le camere sono come in foto, spaziose e arredate con gusto. I bagni splendidi, ognuno con la propria vasca idromassaggio. Cucina fornita di tutto, spazio comune piacevole… e un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Giancarlo è stato sempre puntuale e preciso nelle indicazioni. Super consigliato!

This is the best air bnb I have ever stayed in. The entire time I was checked on to make sure I was okay and if I needed anything. I was given great recommendations for local spots. The view is unimaginable here, absolutely che bello! It honestly felt like home! I can not recommend this place enough. absolutely amazing. Andrea and company will take care of you!!!

Diese Unterkunft ist perfekt! Die Lage ist großartig, um San Marino zu erkunden. Wir konnten abends noch einmal los und San Marino in den Abendstunden erkunden, wenn nichts mehr los war. Die Unterkunft selbst ist so schön, dass man möglichst viel Zeit dort verbringen möchte. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Honestly, Deborah was the perfect host for several reasons. Beyond being incredibly kind and understanding, she really tuned into what I needed. I mentioned that this was my first time in a town like this and that I was hoping to hibernate for a few days, and her place felt like the perfect fit. She went above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth, even offering to pick me up from the train station and take me to the grocery store—on a Sunday, no less, when most places were closed and options were limited. Her home was serene, even more beautiful than the photos, and I immediately felt safe and at ease in the neighbourhood. I also loved how central it was to most things, like a spa, fruit/vegetable store, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. In a world that often feels like it’s growing less kind, Deborah truly understands the heart of hospitality. :)

Wir (zwei Erwachsene, zwei 14-jährige Söhne) haben uns in der Unterkunft von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung war praktisch und einfach, kein Firlefanz. Auch die Aufteilung hat für uns gepasst: die Eltern unten, die Jugend oben.😉 Auch die Lage hat für uns gestimmt. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Abbiamo trascorso in 4 persone 3 giorni e 2 notti nell'appartamento, che sin dall'ingresso si presenta molto accogliente, in particolare in primavera con il cortile fiorito. C'è uno spazio aperto sul fronte della casa ed uno sul retro verandato, entrambi confortevoli e adatti per bei momenti di condivisione. La casa è molto spaziosa e pulita, luminosa ma anche dotata di persiane molto oscuranti per chi gradisce un luogo riparato dalla luce di notte. La casa si trova in un bel quartiere residenziale di villette a schiera con gentili vicini e parcheggio auto gratuito davanti all'ingresso dell'appartamento. La zona è molto vicina a Mirabilandia e a Ravenna (c.a. 10 e 15-20 minuti in macchina). Federica è stata molto gentile e precisa nelle comunicazioni, nel fornire chiarimenti e dettagli anche su esplicita richiesta, sia per quanto riguarda l'accesso e l'uso della casa, sia per i suggerimenti in merito ai luoghi da visitare e i locali dove sostare. Un appartamento certamente consigliato.

Fantastic apartment in a beautiful location with close links to Ravenna, Argenta & Bologna. The apartment space was very clean and tidy and was peaceful and quiet in the evenings. Our host was very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend staying here and hope to visit again soon.
