Vacation rentals with a patio in Lido degli Estensi

Alessandro and Claudia’s house is a very compact, lovely place in Riccione. It is close to the beach and only a 10 min walk from the station. There are lots of eateries , cafes and bars nearby. The hosts were very nice and helpful. While the stay was very comfortable perhaps some small conveniences could be added. For example, the kitchen did not have anything apart from salt and pepper (oil, basic spices, tissues and a pair of scissors would be a good add on). There was no hand soap (although small soap bottles are provided in each bathroom). There is a washer / dryer for convenience but the dryer does take a long time. If you were to ignore these small things, this is a highly recommended place to stay if you want to enjoy Riccione and the Emilia-Romagna region. There is a tourist tax of 2 Euro per person per night. We forgot to leave it on the table and they were gracious enough to remind us and accept our money transfer. Lovely stay indeed !

We stayed for 5 nights and had such a wonderful stay. Paola drove for us the entire stay and that was very helpful as opposed to having to take the train each day (we travelled with kids). Paola was wonderful and helped us all the way. Having a washer and dryer was useful and the unit is spacious and clean. Perfect for a family. Highly recommended!

Per essere estremamente sintetico siamo stati benissimo. L'appartamento è davvero delizioso: accogliente, pulito, arredato con molto gusto, accessoriato di tutto, dotato di comodissimo posto auto e spazio esterno che si apre su un panorama spettacolare; inoltre il borgo di Gabicce Monte è un'autentica perla, offre la possibilità di rilassanti passeggiate con la sensazione di essere sospesi sulla distesa del mare. Una ulteriore particolarità: L'appartamento è adiacente alla chiesetta del paese, un tempo probabilmente erano comunicanti, il che rende il contesto ancora più suggestivo. Ne ho già nostalgia!

Il soggiorno è stato meraviglioso! L’appartamento di Alessandra è molto carino ed accogliente, vicinissimo al centro di Bologna! Alessandra è stata molto cordiale e reattiva. Prima dell’arrivo ha fornito una piccola guida piena di indicazioni e consigli preziosi.

Unique urban sanctuary. Quiet and calm, restaurants and a great bar (Rocker Inn) steps away. Alina was a perfect hostess and we would stay again. Kitchen was compact, but well stocked and squeaky clean. Fabulous rooftop patio was a treat and so nice to come home to. Extensive new tram construction in front of apartment was never a problem, but does present an odd method to obtain key to outer door. Parking is very difficult, but there is a garage a few blocks away. I would recommend getting all this info at least a day prior to map your arrival. I would also suggest a welcome manual with instructions for the washer and restaurant recommendations. Thanks, Alina!

Lovely host and great apartment. The bathrooms are very modern with fantastic showers and the house is spacious. We only stayed one night for a short family beach holiday in Rimini.

We loved Rosa’s place. Finally, after 4 different Airbnbs during our trip to Italy we found a first floor apartment!! We were so tired of going up and down through stairs with our luggage’s that this felt like heaven!! It was our last night of our trip so we were exhausted and it felt so good not needing to climb more stairs!! This place has everything needed to feel comfortable, super clean and organized! Also, only 3-4 minutes from train stop or busses. Also, the Q bus that takes you in front of the airport is only 4 min walking!! We loved the table and chairs outside this morning to eat our breakfast. The surroundings were peaceful. You couldn’t hear the neighbors. I recommend this place 100%

L'alloggio di Francesca è ben strutturato, luminoso e la terrazza è un surplus molto apprezzato. L'alloggio offre una fornitura molto essenziale di accessori, ma ciononostante è molto accogliente. La zona in cui si trova è molto comoda per raggiungere il mare e i più importanti luoghi di interesse culturale. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti tutti i servizi necessari: negozi, ristoranti e supermercati. Francesca si è dimostrata essere una host molto disponibile nel fornire informazioni e molto reattiva nel rispondere alle richieste.

Nettes eigenes Apartment, ein bisschen im "italienischen Stil" eingerichtet;) Bad und Küche waren blitzsauber und gepflegt. Der Kontakt mit Elena war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb des Centro, der Fußweg dorthin machbar (ca. 20 min), wenn auch nicht besonders schön. Das Viertel ist ok. Super: eigener gesicherter Parkplatz.

I had a lovely stay in Imola and enjoyed being at Alex's place for a week. Extremely easy communication and very quick response. The place is cleaned spotless and what you see is what you get. I loved the recommendations of the neighbourhood and can definitely recommend having your vacation here 😊

La Casetta Rossa offre una posizione strategica per accedere alla via ciclabile lungo il Po. È l’ideale per chi vuole visitare la foce del Po ma nello stesso tempo rilassarsi. Infatti è immersa nel verde e molto silenziosa. Comodissimi i letti king-size. Locali molto ampi.

"un posto celeste" si trova in un borgo tranquillissimo, immerso nel verde. la posizione consente di raggiungere Rovigo, Ferrara e dintorni in venti minuti. l' appartamento è grazioso, ben tenuto e pulitissimo. il plus è legato al fatto che gli animali sono ben accetti, che per noi è una discriminante nella scelta delle case Ci siamo trovati benissimo anche con Franca e i suoi pelosetti EsperyTop

Wir waren im Mai 7 Tage in dieser sehr sauberen und gepflegten Wohnung, mit Terasse und kleinem Garten und sehr netten Details. In ruhiger Lage. Elena und Alessandro waren sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die bei Anfragen und Anliegen sofort entgegendkommend reagierten. Unsere E-Bikes konnten wir problemlos und sicher verwahren. Die Unterkunft liegt auch als Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren sehr günstig. Würden gerne wiederkommen.

magnifique maison avec un immense jardin privé. confortable, calme, extrêmement bien. décoré, grandes chambres et hyper spacieux. la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Stafania et ses proches sont un atout, comme à la maison même en mieux !

Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz und hat einen netten Balkon. Elisa hat uns sehr nett empfangen und die Kommunikation hat sehr gut geklappt. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder waren super um Ravenna zu erkunden, so dass man das Auto stehen lassen kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben eigentlich immer in der Nähe der Wohnung einen Parkplatz gefunden. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Logement tout à fait conforme aux photos et à l'annonce, très spacieux et propre. Cadre paisible et très agréable. Gianluca et sa famille sont des gens charmants. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Eine sehr gut ausgestattete, großzügig geschnittene Wohnung mit einem schönen Bad und eleganter Kochzeile. Eine kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung liegt so günstig, dass man sowohl zu Fuß die wesentlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt gut erreichen, als auch zu Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung (z.B. Ravenna) mit dem Auto schnell gelangen kann. Wir haben uns bei Laura ausserordentlich wohl gefühlt; sie ist eine sehr sehr freundliche und umsichtige Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank!

Schöne Wohnung an Zentraler Lage. Es hat uns super gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Luciana war schnell und unkompliziert. Checking in hat super gut geklappt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, viel liebe zum Detail. Jederzeit würden wir wieder zurückkommen. Herzlichen Dank Roswitha

Great location, outside the busy tourist areas but walkable to the old city in 20 mins. Multiple bus stations close. Having a dedicated parking spot was a huge plus as we had a rental car. To be honest, the apartment was much more spacious than I thought it would be. We were very comfortable during our 3 night trip. Would highly recommend.

The apartment is superb. Right in the historic center of Bologna. Very private, with a lovely little garden. Very walkable. Many nice places to visit and eat nearby. Definitely recommendable to everyone.

I have only good things to say about our stay in Davide’s apartment. The description in the listing was completely accurate. We had an extended stay in Bologna, and it didn’t take long for the place to feel like home. The location is perfect, with quick access to the bus and the train and the city center. There is a fresh produce market right down the street, and a huge selection of nearby restaurants. We were surprised at how quiet it was inside the apartment—we could open the windows and hear only the sound of birds singing. Davide himself is a warm and thoughtful host, and responded quickly each time we had a question about anything. Kudos to Davide—this is how an AirBnb rental should be!
