Vincenzo is a discreet and reserved host but always present and available as needed. His tips on activities, restaurants and places to visit in the area are very much appreciated. Upon our arrival he gave us a bottle from a local winery and some excellent Abruzzo oil. Our Golden Retriever loved the outdoor space, super well-kept garden and breathtaking 360º view, spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Perfect solution for those fleeing the chaos of the city and looking for a totally relaxing stay. All that's missing is a nice pool, then it would be the house of dreams! We will definitely be back!

The windmill house has completely satisfied us, a very nice structure in total relaxation. It was like being at home with all the comforts and a beautiful fireplace. The area is very quiet even for the time we stayed. Surely during the summer it is all more lively and the trails are more feasible but still the view remains breathtaking. You have to arrive prepared since there are no supermarkets in the area and to shop a little more substantial you have to go down to the valley but still feasible. The walks are quiet and relaxing and our dog Zoe had a great time too. If there is an opportunity, we will definitely come back. We spent seven weeks in Franco's loft house. Everything was perfect! The place is extremely quiet and the views are breathtaking. Franco is a discreet but extremely available and responsive host. Communication was excellent before our arrival and throughout the stay. Montesilvano Colle is a very pretty village and it is the starting point for many walks, each more wonderful than the last. One thing is certain: if we can return to this accommodation, we won't hesitate for a second!

Everything was great, we will for sure visit this place again. It was clean, comfy and clean. There were shops nearby, and restaurants as well, so it was easy to grab sth to eat. It wasn't hard to communicate with the owner. She was a very flexible person for our needs - we arrived really late and she was waiting for us. Perfect spot for people that want to feel the atmosphere of Italian life.

The three of us stayed, and we felt right at home. Simple and comfortable accommodation. Great value for money, small town that offers all amenities. I recommend it.

everything went well, including the proximity to the beach and its amenities... the pine forest between the house and the sea that we took advantage of every day because of the heat above all during lunch... also those on the greenbay. The only note out of tune is the noise of the train that disturbs during the nest in the pine forest... common or railways should make noise barriers at least in some busiest stretches

We were two families in an apartment, 4 adults and 5 children aged 9-15 years. We had two wonderful weeks at the villa. The villa has an incredibly great view of the sea, and has a swimming pool, ping pong, basketball hoop and more that children could be active with. We arrived late at night, but Rosa was ready to receive us. There was food so we could have both breakfast and lunch the next day. The apartment was well cleaned during the stay and linens were changed. It is helpful with a car to get around as shop is not in a walking condition. We visited various lovely beaches, and were excited about the cozy town of Vasto. We found that people were generally nice and welcoming. We would definitely recommend Villa Osca and the surrounding area to other travelers.

Short stay in a beautiful and peaceful village in Abruzzo. The house contains everything you need and the garden with pool is very well laid out. The owners are lovely people who also own a restaurant in the center, which we recommend you try.

Ludovico and his family were wonderful hosts. Our family had an amazing time. He is very responsive and made sure we enjoyed our stay. When we come back to the region, we will be sure to stay again.

The stay at Villa Elena was undoubtedly fantastic as the house is even more beautiful than it looked in the photos. Everything was tidy and clean. It is well equipped with everything and is suitable for a stay of 10 people. Having the heaters with two separate boilers for the floors, the house stays warm and you can manage which floor to heat. It has a beautiful terrace and a living room with a beautiful view of the mountains. In addition, the owner and assistant were very kind and helpful. In addition, for any questions, both were available with a quick response. The space in the rooms is right and each person had what they needed for rooms and bathrooms (2 public and 2 private). The nearby village (Cusano Mutri) is very nice, and all the people we met were warm and very friendly. In conclusion: undoubtedly beautiful vacation, absolutely recommended.

We can recommend Angelo and his place unconditionally. We felt super comfortable and enjoyed the view. Angelo was always there for us and is a very special person. The tranquility is wonderful and should also be respected towards the neighbors, especially at night.

Building is a former textile factory that has been converted mostly to residences. Located in the touristy section of Termoli, it is within walking distance of the wonderful beaches, the Borgo Antico, and convenient places to shop and eat. Terrace garden is private to the Airbnb rental, over looks the harbor, and has wonderful lemon and other fruit trees. If you’re looking for a place with character, this is it. Claudio lives next door and is always available to assist.

Before talking about the apartment, I want to say that Antonio and Giulia were two exceptional people. For a series of coincidences on the first day our dog was lost and having asked Antonio for help, they immediately went out of their way through social media, in the search. After a few hours when I was no longer hoping for it, Antonio calls me and tells me that he found the dog! Wonderful news, so thanks again to you guys! The apartment is very nice, tidy and super clean. It is also very central, in 2 minutes walk you are in the center and at the proton of Roccaraso. Antonio is always available for advice or any kind of need. If you want to take a vacation in Roccaraso and you are no longer people, go to the Regina vacation home and you will be satisfied, without a doubt or perplexity! We'll definitely be back...

Very pleasant stay. Clean and cozy new house, matches the description, optimal location, center of the village within walking distance. Also comfortable to go skiing in the areas of Pizzalto Aremogna Gravare. Very courteous landlord.

The house surrounded by olive trees creates an atmosphere of relaxation in absolute silence, all surrounded by a really deserving view. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay (dishes, towels...). Bruno was a very kind host and always ready to help us! The places he recommended left us pleasantly satisfied.

Sonia and Nicolino are truly exceptional hosts, very kind, helpful and heartfelt. Great check-in as well as checkout. House with a very nice garden with two terraces overlooking the sea. Also a nice manicured lawn and also great parking. The car stays inside the fence safely and directly next to the front door, so very convenient. We loved everything and we'll be back for sure. Marisa's location is a delightful little apartment overlooking the square of the Duomo del Borgo vecchio di Termoli. The apartment is perfect for two people for both short and long stays. Tidy, super clean, equipped with everything. Marisa is an excellent host, responsive and ready to respond to every need.
