The apartment is small but equipped with everything you need, and is in a very convenient location, a stone's throw from the sea and about a 15-minute walk (mountain pass:-)) from the historic center of the delightful city of Vasto. The reserved parking inside the condominium is also very useful. Michele was a very kind and helpful host, providing us with all the necessary information and also offering to bring us his bikes to explore the surroundings. Ultimately, a highly recommended accommodation for singles or couples.

Anna Pia's home is a beautiful home, very clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed and more. The house is in a great location. Anna Pia is a wonderful host, very kind and easy to communicate with. The best host we ever had!! Should we need to stay in Atessa again we will definitely choose Anna Pia' s home again and again. This was a Home away from Home. Thank you Anna Pia!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Federico’s apartment. The car parking is under the building which is very secure (if a little tricky to get in and out). It’s a short walk to the beach and amazing that it has air-conditioning! We would definitely stay again.

Spacious apartment located in the center of Termoli (15 min walk from the beach). Very helpful host and no problem check-in. Having air conditioning would be a plus, despite this the apartment completely met our expectations.

A lovely apartment with stunning views. The kids enjoyed collecting eggs from the chickens and fruit from the trees. The spacious apartment was extremely clean, with all the amenities. Danilo was very responsive and helpful.

For those looking for peace and relaxation, this apartment is perfect. The images don't do it at all. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood on the first floor. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of palm trees and the sea. It is equipped with everything you need for your stay, we didn't miss anything. The beach is really just a few walk away. During our time here we often had it to ourselves and there it is perfect for relaxing. Our children were thrilled to have so much space to play. Carmine and Maria were the best hosts we've had so far. They were always very friendly and attentive. We fell in love with the area and will definitely be back! Thanks Carmine and Maria!

Five days were too little compared to the experience of staying in this relaxing and restorative paradise in a fairytale, quiet and quiet context... exactly what I was looking for! I found it after a careful search and I have to say that it was ideal from the listing, once I arrived I could see that it perfectly met my expectations! The structure is very clean, very tidy, modern and complete with everything, there is really nothing missing from the amenities to the surprises left by the owners in the kitchen, which you don't expect and that you really appreciate :) Very kind and helpful hosts who thank you so much for your hospitality. The (beautiful) pool may seem like the differentiating element, but in reality the real plus is the largest balcony overlooking a green expanse of the super peaceful fields. Thanks to the type of stay I spent here I can start working completely rested and relaxed again, I will be back as soon as I can !

Strategic location: quiet area but equipped with everything you need, lovely apartment a few steps from the beach. Lilia was kind, helpful, and very caring. There is a small corner dedicated to animals with everything you need, so your love for animals shows, which is something I personally appreciate very much. I highly recommend

So well equipped, you could quite literally live there. Massimo was incredibly kind in leaving some welcome gifts and touches, and was really helpful and pleasant in everything he did and we asked. Would 100% not hesitate to return.

Cristiana is a very good host. She has a very good taste at decorating the house! House is very beautiful and everything we need is just 1min away from the house! Beach is just a 2min walk. Very beautiful town and very friendly people. If I get a chance I will just stay forever in this town! Nice weather and good food! Very old and rustic food places are there to eat great food! House is very cozy and very private and our host provides everything you need for the house. In short i had a very great experience staying here! I highly recommend this to everyone who is visiting termoli for a vacation! You can happily stay here with friends and family! 5+ stars!😍😃

Isabella was very helpful with recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area. The apartment is within walking distance to the little town. We will definitely stay there again!

The apartment is very nicely decorated, you feel comfortable right away. It is very convenient with a large table that can accommodate several people, a practical kitchen, a large bathroom equipped with washing machine. A large sofa and a bed 2 meters by 2 meters nice! The crib was a plus that helped us with the 10-month-old baby. The neighborhood was peaceful, Lesina being a quiet little town with its lake. The negative points would be for us: no microwave ( with baby it was complicated), no tv, and only one air conditioning for the whole apartment that did not arrive to the rooms. We wanted to visit the chickens, but we were too far each time for the outings: 2.5 hours drive from Bari, and even further away for the other typical landscapes. So we are staying in the area, see the Saint Padré Pio (50mn) the beaches,.. To think about when you book that you are not close to the ‘’ tourist points‘ ’

The property is newly built and located in a small gated community outside of Termoli. Despite the proximity to the road, the accommodation is very quiet. The location is just 2 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach. However, you should drive or bike as there is no footpath and you have to walk on the road. The furnishings are tasteful, functional and well-equipped. Highlight is the fully fenced garden with two beautiful terraces, lawn and ambient lighting. The hot tub complements the ambiance. Ideal for a family with kids or dog owners. A locked and illuminated parking space right in front of the door creates security. The communication with Giuseppe is fast and good in Italian. In case of problems, he will take care of it immediately and quickly find a solution. We highly recommend the place. It is nothing to fault it!

The stay at Casa Patrizia was really very pleasant❣️ because Patrizia is not just any host...she has a humanity and a soul out of the ordinary...rare to find and for this very valuable! Gently and discreetly present but at the same time manages to transmit and give a lot...both actively and spiritually! We had several exchanges of deep ideas and visions of life... we shared dinners with her and also with her beautiful family🥰... all very kind, thoughtful and friendly! She was gently wonderful with our daughter Miranda ... she was able to spur both her creativity and mine... who was pretty sleepy lately! She always gave us great tips on where to go, what to see, and where to eat. Our inquiries are met immediately. The accommodation is very spacious, very clean and well ventilated... we have never experienced the heat and always slept well! We found a friend and therefore a treasure💖... thank you

Beautiful apartment on 2 levels with large balconies in each room, appreciable air conditioning. Close to the beach on foot 200 meters away. Well-equipped and spacious accommodation. We recommend it.

Francesco's place is quiet, clean, comfortable and secure. There is a pleasant balcony with views towards the hills. It's conveniently located a couple of kilometers from Vasto, where there are shops. There's also an out-of-town shopping centre a couple of kilometers in the other direction. All-in-all, a good choice if you're spending a few days or more in the area. Francesco was away when I visited but he was very helpful, gave very clear directions and responded quickly to messages. Highly recommended.
