Excellent stay! Very high quality services for this new apartment typical of the region. Perfect location near all amenities (restaurants, shops, beach...) we do everything on foot. Very warm welcome. Historic city center of beauty. I would highly recommend.

Very pleasant stay! We stayed 4 days in Fossacesia with our children aged 1 and 4, and we had a really good time at Simona's house. The house is equipped with everything and Simona was very kind to provide us with the high chair and a very appreciated welcome with breakfast basket upon request. The location in front of the sea is really priceless, both for the possibility of using the terrace for meals and for the convenience of crossing the street and being on the beach. Also very convenient is the presence of the garage with a direct entrance to the condominium.

This was a wonderful place for us to relax and wind down. Right near the beach and many fantastic restaurants, Gelato and Grocery stores. Alessandro made us feel welcome and right at home.

Massimo was very kind and very helpful, a friend. He was able to give us all the useful information for our stay, also taking care of reservations at restaurants and bathing establishments. To say that we had a good time would be too simplistic, we were perfectly and divinely well. A more than functional and comfortable accommodation, with attention to detail, in an enchanted place surrounded by olive trees that embraces the beautiful Trabocchi coast from above, welcomed by a splendid, hospitable, empathetic, communicative but never intrusive person: FLORIANA…the BEST of the BEST!!!!!!

From the beginning, everything was perfect: the communication with Sabrina was warm, reliable and straightforward. She is an incredibly sweet host, very attentive and absolutely accommodating. You can tell right away that she really cares about the well-being of her guests. The apartment itself is a small luxury paradise. Everything is high-quality, tastefully furnished and equipped with a lot of love for detail. We were particularly enthusiastic about the hot tub – simply fantastic to relax after a long day and end the evening. Another highlight was the modern smart home system. Everything can be controlled via a central tablet – from lighting to music – totally intuitive and comfortable. We had a lot of fun and felt like we were in a small high-tech hotel. Very happy to come back 🤗

House located surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Quiet with sea and mountain views. Quality delivery with large indoor and outdoor spaces and above all an incredibly large pool. Excellent stay.

The accommodation corresponds exactly to the pictures on the Internet, even better. We did not meet Antonio himself, but he answered our questions within a very short time, so we found everything without problems, even the restaurant recommendation was great. Due to time constraints, we were only in the accommodation for one night. We'll happily come back anytime. 😊👍

We had a great stay. Beautiful house with everything you need near the free and equipped beach. There were very few people on the free beach (perhaps because it was out of season), and we had no problem bringing the dog with us. The restaurant nearby was great and the owner was very helpful even though they hadn't opened yet. A beautiful stay for those who love tranquility and the sea

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

The apartment is simply gorgeous. The attention to detail and the optimization of the spaces is incredible. The location is strategic, quiet but at the same time very close to the village and beaches, reachable in a few minutes on foot. Mohammed is a very welcoming and helpful host, for any need you can count on him. If you're staying here, you won't have to think about anything but relaxing. Termoli is a busy port town but the apartment is in the old city of Termoli. Mainly walking streets and great views from the city wall. I emnjoyed my stay in Termoli. Thank you Maurizio for being so helpful.

The view and location were spectacular! Steps to restaurants and the beach! It was perfect!

We spent a week at Giulia's apartment and we appreciated the tasteful design and especially the beautiful garden we shared with her family and other guests, very peaceful and over-looking the sea (which is very close by) so that we "forgot" the close road below it. We really appreciated Giulia's and her family friendliness and warm hospitality as well as the precious recommendations they gave about places to visit and to eat.

Great place to stay with my girlfriends for our little beach trip. Within walking distance to the beach, and centre of town. Couple of supermarkets nearby, plenty of space, two bathrooms, extremely clean. Needing a little TLC as property is an old Italian style apartment, but couldn’t fault it really. Excellent! The hosts are around the corner, easy to communicate with, beautiful and quiet. Large American style fridge freezer, kitchen has everything you need. They left some breakfast for us, water in the fridge, and what strike me the most the apartment was extremely clean!!!!! Large balcony, blackout rail in shades.. You won’t be disappointed! Enjoy

We absolutely loved our stay at Christian’s place. He was very responsive and helpful. The apartment is beautiful, modern, full of everything you could need and extremely clean. Very spacious and excellent location. We will certainly be staying here again if we return to Pescara! Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

It was a wonderful weekend ( we immediately regretted that it was so short). Right from the start we were wonderfully looked after, Francesca was already waiting for us on the street, checking that we were ok. Thanks to her warm welcome despite my health problems, I knew straight away that it was going to be wonderful. Flat great, clean, spacious, 2 bathrooms!!! Water, magdalens, coffee everything is there to start the day well. Super fragrant toiletries in the shower, large towels. Sea view from the balcony.... Close to the beach. I recommend with all my heart and Francesca and the flat. We will 100% come back.😍🥰😍🥰

Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

The room is really central, perfect for those who want to experience the city center on foot! The environment is beautiful, tastefully furnished and welcoming. In general, the cleanliness was good, although I found some dust in some corners. The bed was slightly uncomfortable, but still suitable for short stays. Fabrizio was immediately very helpful and kind. Despite these small details, I highly recommend this property for its unbeatable location and pleasant atmosphere!

The place was perfect for my daughter and me. We were able to have a relaxing beach day right across the street. Everything was walkable and safe.
