Enjoy swimming in the pond right next to the house, which is just for you. In winter, we recommend snow chains. Parking is possible behind the fence or in the garage.

For our guests, the entire house is available including a spacious, fully fenced garden, indoor outdoor pool 5x3m with saltwater heated throughout the season (May-September), parking on a fenced-in property. For your little ones, a slide, a trampoline. The house is at the time of rental without the presence of the owner.

We offer accommodation in the heart of the Bohemian Paradise, in the Bučiny Nature Reserve near Austria. The cottage was newly renovated in 2024. The land is located directly above the Jizera River. Very quiet location suitable for energy and relaxation. Surroundings suitable for cycling (1km to the Greenway Jizera bike path), walking trips, or boating adventure (going down the Jizera river).

Domácnosti jsou oddělené, proto budeme moc rádi když využijete možnost samoobslužného ubytování. Byt je kompletně vybaven a zařízen v moderním a vzdušném stylu.
